Jim is not just a dentist. He is A man of God. Once many years ago I brought a homeless man into his office because this homeless man had a huge lump on his jaw. Jim xrays him and finds out it is a cist. Long story short... The homeless man was treated at the hospital. Anyway Jim has always represented Jesus the best he can.
Hebrews 13 tells us to let brotherly love continue and not to forget to entertain strangers for by doing so some have unwittingly entertained angels.
I'm not saying this homeless man was an angel... He didn't talk... But if he was he met a good dentist
