This is the best dentist I've been to! Very clean, very friendly. She is very knowledgeable, very gentle, and kind. Faith cleaned my teeth. She too, is amazing! Already made my next cleaning appointment. I highly recommend this dental office. Friendly from beginning to end.

I had a great cleaning done by Faith today at TLC Family Dentistry! I love Dr. Basti and her staff. She provides the highest quality dental treatment and requires that same standard from her employees. No one “likes” to go to the dentist but this office makes it as comfortable as you can get!

Faith, the hygienist who works here, is so extremely hostile and unprofessional that I can’t let it go. I just walked out of my appointment because I truly felt worried she was going to be extra rough on my deep cleaning after she had YELLED at me and been so extremely rude to me just because I was confused about what I was getting done. It got so bad that the receptionist had to intervene. Like what?!? Is this a common thing?

To be honest, everything else about the office was okay. The other staff members have been friendly to me. The office is clean. The wait times are minimal.

Its unfortunate that one bad apple ruined the entire impression I had of this business and the associated experience. How are you going to let your staff go 0 to 100 on a patient like that?! Straight up scary and embarrassing.

I already established myself as a patient at this office and now I have to find a new dentist and start from the beginning because I don’t feel comfortable allowing someone to work in my mouth who was just yelling at me in front of everybody. I literally got up and walked out of my appointment and apologized because I felt scared she was going to be extra aggressive with my deep cleaning.

I shouldn’t feel scared at any place of business. No customer should.

Find a dentist office who staffs people that are patient and understanding with their patients. Staff who have patience through the silly questions, the reminders, and the clarity patients may need on procedures that are unfamiliar to them.

Cannot say enough amazing things avout TLC family dentistry! The staff are friendly the welcoming, the office is clean and calming, and the dentist is super caring! Dr Basti is professional and gives her honest opinion. She spent more time with me actually educating me on the root canal that I needed than any dentist I’ve ever been too! Can’t thank you enough and so glad I found this phenomenal office!

I'm not sure anyone thinks they are going to have a great time at the dentist, but I promise I've never felt more comfortable and happy than when I was at TLC. I went in with serious pain and left with total relief and a big smile. Everyone there was compassionate and friendly, removing any worry I had about any procedure I might have to get. Staff made this experience because without their knowledge and kindness I'd be left with a high bill and stress. Thanks TLC (Angie and Faith were the ladies who made me want to come back).

A truly great experience. I’ve never been to a dentistry with this level of visual detail when explaining the current status of my teeth and the action plan needed to move forward. Dr. Basti and the entire team were excellent. You won’t regret visiting TLC Dentistry.

My gold crown fellout at 5:45 PM last night while I was chewing gum. I went online and asked Google for a dentist that was open and close to me. TLC Family Dentistry came up at the top of the list and when I called they answered right away. Dr. Jackie was extremely helpful and made an appointment for me at 8 AM the next day. I hung up the phone feeling relieved and very confident that I would be in good hands first thing in the morning.

When I showed up, Dr. Jackie was waiting with a big smile underneath her mask that I could not see, but sure did feel when she greeted me.
I completed my "new patient" paperwork and was quickly brought back to start the process. After the basic work was completed to assess the situation, Dr. Basti examined me and had great news that the tooth and crown were both in good order and they cemented it back in a few moments later.

Thank you Dr. Jackie, Dr. Basti and the whole TLC Family for working so well as a team and taking such good care of me on short notice. I could not have asked for a better experience than what I received today from TLC Family Dentistry!
