Dr. Basti’s office is super clean- I felt safe even with COVID-19 as they followed great safety measures. Her staff Lupe and Mayra were very professional and friendly. I came in for a cleaning today. The front desk girl, Mayra, was so welcoming. After having a bad experience at a previous office it was a relief to find a doctor like Dr. Basti. She explained everything and made sure I knew what was going on. Overall, I was very surprised with how well my visit went.

They robbed my insurance took payment for work they didn’t do
I thought it was a nice place to go until I realized the quote was way higher than other places and they where in my insurance providers list
Amd when I spoke with them about them taking payment for a partial they never did they refused to admit it and now my work that I need done is pending because of the fact they say they did this work
I’d remember having my teeth pulled there and receiving a temporary if it ever happened and they fact they won’t be honest with the insurance
I’m just mind blown on how ugly of a business they are running
