Friendly staff. Pleasant office. Dr. Basti explains all anomalies plainly and is very competent Appointment reminders are a bit aggressive - text + email + phone call. You have no excuse for missing an appointment.

From the second you walk in, to when you leave, everyone is extremely nice and accommodating. The staff members I interacted with were extremely pleasant, professional, and made me feel so welcome. Dr. Basti was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions/concerns. She was able to fix the gap between my teeth that was bothering me for years.

First time patient at this office. Dr. Basti was through, precise and honest about her dental assessment. Office staff friendly and welcoming. The office is equipped with high safety standards which is a reason i sought out a new office. I had the best dental cleaning by the amazing Lupe. She provided great care, was detailed, provided tips and it is obvious she cares about her patients. I highly recommend this place. I have already made my next appointment. 😊

Hadn't been to the dentist in about 10 years until I developed some absolutely terrible tooth pain. I was able to be seen on short notice and had to schedule two root canals, but they were able to alleviate the pain immediately. The dentist was very professional and there was hardly any discomfort or pain throughout the entire process. The assistant Mayra was like an extension of the dentist and had everything that the dentist needed on hand and also created the nicest fitting/feeling temporary crowns. Never thought I'd have a pleasant experience at a dentist but this I no longer dread going back thanks to the team here.

The staff are the sweetest people I have ever met. They made me feel so welcomed and not anxious at all which is how I normally am when I go to the dentist . I was able to voice my concerns to the Doctor and made me feel like I was heard . They were able to work with my insurance with no problem , such a relief !! So Happy with EVERYTHING !
