Totally my pleasure to review this Dental Office. I've been coming here for since the new management and ownership took place in August. Let me first start by saying Dr. Sepideh is one of the best dentist I've ever seen. I was super nervous at first, but after the first visit with Dr. Basti, I knew I would be coming here for years to come and will bring my family. The entire staff is friendly and super professional. Absolutely love the office Manager Sarah who really does run this office like a well oiled machine. She is always so kind and very accommodating, especially in emergency cases. The dental assistants are all very well trained and knowledgeable. They really do an amazing job of making you feel comfortable while you wait. There is always a lot of parking and never a long wait. They accept most insurances and will work with you on payment plans with various procedures. All in all, if you are looking for dentists that you can trust who have a great deal of experience with simple and invasive dental procedures, look no further. This is the place!! Will definitely recommend!

This was a wonderful experience. I have a fear of dentistry for sure as do most. This is the first dentist that has taken the time to hear the reactions that I have had in the past and this time I did not have the shakes after treatment. I was calm and not shaking during the procedure. I will for sure continue to use this dentist for all of my routine care and any further crowns or other things that might be needed. Thank you for hearing me and taking the time. I would highly suggest this place to anyone.

I came here after seeing their ad on facebook for an Exam & X-ray special. I hadn't seen a dentist in 2 years and was very nervous. The office is very clean and follows COVID-19 protocol, the staff is professional and friendly. Dr Basti is very friendly and thorough with her work. She has a soft touch and calming attitude which made me very comfortable. She took her time listening to my problem and made sure I was comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend this office.

Whoever wants to get a tooth pulled? For sure not me. However, I had the worst tooth ache ever, looking for a new dentist is always a gamble go me. I used yelp google and delta dental for research. With all the public reviews, I finally decided to give TLC Family Dental a go.
I called at 10:am for an ER appointment.
I got there at 4 pm with greetings from the staff, the Dr and the usual paperwork. In a couple of hours later my tooth was pulled and the infection was gone.
The next morning I was a little soar but with the amount of work I was expecting the worst.

I can honestly say I never thought I would want to give a dentist a great review. I have been extremely afraid of going to the dentist my whole life. Not seeing a dentist for a decade led to one of my teeth cracking. I went to another dentist to have it looked at, and I just could not get myself to stay for the procedure. I found TLC Family Dentistry online, and they were quickly able to schedule me for an extraction with Dr. Basti. Even though I was scared, I actually did laugh a few times! Now, after months of getting cavities filled, a deep cleaning, and other ‘fun’ stuff, I really can not verbalize how amazing Dr. Basti and the whole practice really is. The office is extremely clean and modern. And every single staff member is so friendly, gentle, and genuinely caring! I feel so much better knowing I have a plan set up to take care of my oral health, and that I found a dentist that is as wonderful as Dr. Basti!
