Awesome Experience! Moved here almost a year ago now from Ventura County and needed to find a new dentist. My old dentist was great and I miss going to them so needless to say I had high standards. I was referred to Dr. Mai from a co-worker and glad I came. The staff is very warm and friendly, their office is beautiful and kid friendly and my overall experience was fantastic. Got lucky and happy to say that I found my family dentist!!!!!

Dr. Ly and her staff are great! Came in for a first time check up for my 16 month old daughter and a cleaning for myself. Waited no longer than 5-10 minutes before being seen. Dr. Ly was very gentle and sweet with my daughter. The dental hygienist was very personable and the cleaning was painless. Will be coming back for future check-ups.

Walking in, I noticed a very clean and nicely decorated office. I checked in, and then was given a tour of the office. I had my x-rays taken and then Dr. Mai Ly came by to start the procedure. She re-cleaned my teeth because I had gone to a terrible dentist 2 weeks earlier- he did a terrible job. She was gentle, and I didn't feel any discomfort whatsoever. She was gentle, and continued to make sure I was comfortable throughout the cleaning. We then proceeded to a crown replacement procedure that involved numbing- and I was super nervous about this. But to my surprise, it was painless. Her technique magically involved no pain! This made me extremely happy and even more comfortable than I was already feeling. She was gentle, comforting and professional. I recommend Dr. Mai Ly to anyone and everyone!

All the staff here was super friendly. I love the office everything was neat, clean and high tech. Erica the hygienist was very gentle and I can tell my teeth feels really nice and clean. I will be back every 6 months for my cleanings and I like how they send me reminder confirmation by text or email! Highly recommended!

When it comes to the Dentist I am not one to "love" it.. I actually fear it so bad that I held off going for about 2 years. But once I saw Dr. Mai she fixed my teeth and without any pain. I never enjoyed actually going to the dentist until I saw her. She is very gentle and will make sure to ask you if there is any pain. Her front office provides follow-up reminders to make sure you don't miss your appointments and her staff are all very great! I would highly recommend Dr. Mai to everyone!
