My wife & I have been going to Dr. Mai since shortly after her office opened. We had tried several dentists before her and had been disappointed in one way or another. We've been very happy with all aspects of our visits to Dr. Mai's office. She & her staff are very caring and courteous. My cleanings are always pain-free. I've had billing problems with my previous dentists, but I've never had any billing issues with Dr. Mai's office. My wife & I have been so pleased with Dr. Mai we've referred many family members, some of who live several cities away but who are now all are willing to drive to see Dr. Mai.

I must say, moving to Orange County was a big step for me, and having to look for a new dentist made everything worst. There where so many to choose from but I met Dr. Mai Ly and I must say, I have never had a dentist care so much about her patients like she does. She made me feel like I was family. The entire Ladera Dentistry Team is incredible. My next appointment is scheduled and I can't believe I'm looking forward to seeing my dentist.

I've always hated going to the dentist until my fiancé recommended me to this place. Everyone in the office is super friendly and greets you with a warm smile when you walk in the door. The doctors are really gentle and the hygienist are always checking to make sure you're comfortable and will bring you a bottle of water if you're thirsty. Great, friendly staff. Lot's of amenities and those dental chairs are so soft that I could fall asleep. But I wasn't going to fall asleep because the staff was very attentive and efficient, cleaning was excellent without any anesthesia, a first for me, and Dr. Ly was kind enough to do the paperwork for my Peace Corp application. I moved a couple years back and went to a local dentist and let's just say they didn't do a good job. Consulted with Doctor Ly over the phone and she was able to see me same day. Doctor Ly completed a thorough exam and found some more issues from previous work from another dentist. Doctor Ly, Martha and Jimmy were so nice and professional. Even though I have to commute to this location I won't be going to any other Doctor's from now on. Thanks again guys!
