The staff here is always so friendly! I used to have such anxiety coming to get my cleanings that I would avoid the dentist for years at a time, but not any more. Katie and all the ladies have built up such a sweet report with me that I actually look forward to my appointments now. Also, Dr Long shows such passion for what he does. Best dentists and hygienists in all of Lake County. Everyone knows me by name when I walk in. It's like family. My hygienists is Rosie. She is so sweet, gentle, and kind. I feel very taken care of. 5/26/20 - I had a hygiene appointment yesterday and Rosie is the best hygienist! She is a caring person and does a great job! I have been with Southern Smiles for three years now and things seem to be a little different because of COVID-19. However, everyone is still very friendly & I highly recommend this dental office for all of your dental needs

Chelsea is awesome. The staff make you feel comfortable. They care about your pain level and sensitivity. I highly recommend checking out Dr. Long at Southern Smiles. If you need your teeth cleaned you will have a wonderful experience with Chelsea.
