Rosie, takes time to clean your teeth and with great care and precision. I find the people that work at this dental office really care about their patients and are experts in their field. I would highly recommend Southern Smiles for all your dental work if you live in Lake County. Since cost is always an issue with dental work, one off their employees recommended Blue of California, which has saved me a lot of money on my dental work. They can give you the insurance agent that handles Blue of California. Of course, Dr. Long is by far the best dentist in Northern California. Need I say more !

Always friendly and knowledgeable and using the most recent technology at their practice. No more shots for simple cavity fillings, its done with a laser. Just had an old crown replaced there during this Covid 19 crisis and appreciated their extra care and safety protocols to protect all. After moving here from the Bay Area I needed a new dentist so my wife found these folks and we both made appointments. I had been with my old dentist for many years. I was impressed with the facility both for its cleanliness and for it’s high tech equipment. They took 3D images that exposed a problem tooth that I was unaware of. It would have eventually became a much more serious issue. I chose to get an implant for obvious reasons. Dr. Henry was patient and explained the procedure and answered all my many questions. He seemed confident and knowledgeable on the newest technology and procedures and I agreed to move forward. Dr Henry was great and accommodated me on my need to avoid anesthesia. The procedure was so smooth and I had nearly no pain afterwards. He is caring and competent and I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. He’s a nice guy too.

I am so impressed with technology and Southern Smiles seems to have it all - fast, easy Xrays that you can view with Dr. Long on the screen in front of you, AND they have a 3-D printer that can make your new crown while you wait. Other than time out of my day, I (almost) enjoy my dental visit. Amazingly friendly staff.
