Everyone from the back office staff, to the care providers take the time to get to know you and you always feel like you are being taken care of by family.
My wife and I have been seeing Dr.Kieth and his wonderful staff for about 15 years now and we wouldn't think of trusting anyone else with our smiles.

Dr Long and his team are always on there game ! The level of cleanliness and high level of covid cleaning procedures are evident. They made me feel extremely comfortable and educated me on my dental hygiene. I felt confident that I had chosen the right place. This place feels more like a spa than an actual dentist office and I mean that in the highest regard. There practices are state of the art and there team is filled with highly educated and motivated individuals. Thank you again ! I’ll be back soon !

To start, the office staff is wonderful. I was there to have a cap replaced. I was examined by the hygienist then Dr. Long replaced the cap, made sure it was a good fit and I was done. I was barely there for 30 minutes. On top of that, because Dr. Long did the initial work, there was no charge. I love this dental office so much that I travel 3 hours (one way) to remain a patient as I moved from the area.

I LOVE Southern Smiles and all their awesome staff!! My appointment was with Dr. Hank Long and I really like him as my dentist. The hygienist (I don’t remember her name) that roomed me and took my x-rays with that cool camera is a true asset to Southern Smiles!!! See you again next month for my crown. I need to add that One if the reason I like your company is because you have your OWN equipment to make my crowns right on your own property!!!

As usual, great experience at Southern Smiles. Starting with reception you can expect friendly, excellent customer service. Every time I have a cleaning, Rosie is the best hygienist ever, always so efficient and thorough. Perfect job on a crown I had done last year by Dr Hank. Professional work and high tech equipment. My experience was the best ever in a dentist office. The hygenist did the x-rays, pictures, checked out my gums, explained everything throughout my time with Rosie.. She did my teeth cleaning also. Wow this is a first. Usually I feel like I am in a factory, being past along. Hank Long , my dentist explained everything to me. Made out a game plan on what needs to be done. The office staff,l where great. I recommend this office to everyone..

Everyone in the office is very nice. I normally get very anxious when going to the dentist, but the dental technicians, Dr Keith Long, & also the front office staff are great. At my first visit to Southern Smiles back in December, I explained to them about my anxiety. This was a new dentist for me because my previous dentist of 10+ years had just retired. Everyone was very kind, caring, & understanding. They asked how I was doing multiple times throughout my appointment. I would highly recommend this dental office. There are some new procedures in place now since COVID-19 entered our world, but the staff are all very professional & do their job with great care & kindness.
