Dr Zinman did a very good job with two root canals i had. I went in with pain and after I had it done there was no more pain. I had a really great experience here.

Had a great experience had my first visit at this office while pregnant and they treated me well they were extra cautious...my daughter got her braces at this office too , they are very affordable and have low monthly payments with no interest. The whole staff is very helpful and kind , oh and they are open on the weekend ! Hablan español / speak Spanish !!

Dr Zinman and Aurora did a fantastic job made me feel very comfortable. I had no pain with the numbing or with any of the work done to me. I would highly recommend them!

I recommend Dr Zinman any and everyone to come to this dentist.. They are all about the comfort and security of the patient.. They treated me and my children like family.. Do kind.. Professional and heart warming. They made my kids and myself looove the dentist..Give them a Try it's soooo worth it every employee dies more than a job the treat you with respect.

What a disastrous experience dealing with this dental office. I had a root canal procedure done here. After the procedure I had a chance to get a better deal at another dental office and they inspected the work they had done. To my horror in one of the roots a part of a dental utensil broke off and is stuck inside. I was distraught and unable to believe this. I issued my complaint with Mike(Dental Director) and he said that he would take care of it if there are any issues within a year. Soon after I wanted to get a follow up to keep my treatment with them but from then on it has been radio silence. Phone calls are received by the receptionist but you can't talk to any dentists saying that they will give me a call back. Countless of emails I have sent have been ignored. I went to at least 5 other dentists and all have told me the job this dental office had done is below mediocre. I wanted to get my dental records so I can continue my treatment at another dental office and still no response.
I'm assuming they are not getting back to me because Mike did not want to keep his promise he made of further treatment if there are complications with the broken utensil inside my tooth. They don't want to finish what they started. If things go south, they panic and hide. They are afraid that doing additional treatment will cause more problems.
Mike does not stand by his word. He does not stand by the treatment his office provided. It's unethical to just stop communicating with one of your patients. They can't just stop providing treatment when there are additional steps for the treatment to finish.
Dentists are human. Humans make mistake. Decent humans own to their actions and try to resolve the error they made.
The practices of this dental office is abhorrent and unethical. After much deliberation on what to do I have reported them to the Dental Board of California.
I'm not sure until when they will ignore my requests. They can't just get away with receiving a bad yelp review. Like I said before they do not care about their patients. NO. Every action has consequences. I feel a sense of duty now to prevent further victims. If you have had issues with this dental office you can create an online complaint at the Dental Board of California website. Maybe that way they will stop their unethical practices.

Dr Zinman worked on my root canal. From the beginning he was very friendly, throughout the whole treatment he made sure I was comfortable and he explained every step of the treatment. Recommend 😊

Everyone there has great costumer service. The doctors were excellent in handling my kids, they actually love to come to the dentist. I recommend this dentistry to everyone I know and also all of my family comes here.
