Where do I start, I am very disappointed and overall bad experience. I went for wisdom teeth removal last week and the oral surgeon didn't completely remove my wisdom teeth. I found bits of it sticking out. When I called to schedule an appointment, they gave me the run around. They said I had to wait until the oral surgeon next appointment which it was a two week wait. I was told that the oral surgeon only works there twice a month.Then they scheduled me for a regular dentist practioner which they scheduled me.Then, I asked for antibiotics and pain meds since they didn't prescribed them to on the day of the extraction. They were giving me a hard time in prescribing them to me, they said I had to go for a consultation before they can prescribed them. I told them that they left piece of wisodm teeth and if I get an infection they will be held responsible. The next day I was told that they needed to reschdule me since they had no doctor after I told them that I had spoken to the manager.The day of the appointment, they told me that the doctor called out that day. I went again today, when they called me in they had their appointment book schedule open in the screen. I was able to see another patient file, this is HIPPA violation. I was able to tell why where the patient there for, full name, phone number, what type of insurance, how much they owe, and who referred them and more. This is unacceptable 😤 and they should be held responsible. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Worst experience ever.

I was taken good care of for a tooth extraction. Karina H the Coordinator talked me through my options and made sure I had what I needed as well as provided a very sympathetic ear and made me feel much better about everything. Would recomend, tooth was out quickly and painlessly. Staff is awesome.

I would just like to say how thankful I am that I had such a great dental team, Dr. Brock and all the dental assistances were excellent, they made me feel at ease especially since I am deathly afraid of going to the dentist. Thank you so much Maggie Reyes for being there for me and always answering my text messages leading up to my oral surgery when I was feeling afraid and nervous. I truly appreciate this Dental team!! If I could give more stars then five I would. I truly appreciate you all. 🦷

The doctor Horouni Wes a great doctor he was very kind and I felt confortable with him he says it will turn out well and he meant it.

Maggie Reyes was a good person who helped me and also told told me that i will be okay.
They made me feel comfortable and have confident with there work.

I would like to first start with the reviews I find them to be very suspicious to be all the time positive when this has already been hard to reach them I attempted to call them 3 times for an emergency regarding about my braces but it seems with each call they like to attend to a patient that's taking them 30 mins long while you hold. the way it sounds to me like they are running a business and I feel like I've been duped.

Overall great customer service staff is beyond friendly, I had a root canal done and I was so scared and noemi dentist assistant was very nice and help me relax and comfort me. Dr. Esnragnil was the the dentist who perform my procedure he is so good at his job I didn’t feel whatsoever of pain. He has a soft touch of hand in other words hands of an angel. I will definitely be returning to this office I felt very welcome I’ll be recommending this dentist office to friends and family.

This is the worst dental office I’ve ever been to. Both times I went in I was made to wait over an hour to be seen with an appointment. The second time was for an emergency visit. I waited for an hour and 15 minutes and had to remind staff that I was waiting before they saw me, and when they finally did they tried to take my X-rays for a second time for no reason because of the pain I was experiencing, they kept saying something about needing to get X-rays of tooth number 31 or something but no one ever asked me which tooth was hurting they just assumed and wasted time. When I finally saw the dentist he was rude and curt and squeezed on the area in pain with no warning. They recommended a treatment and assured me they would contact my insurance to follow up and schedule an appointment and I still have never heard back from them. They are extremely disorganized at best and actually incompetent and rude at worst. DONT GO HERE !!!!

I almost forgot to write this review. But this was for the time I had 4 wisdom tooths removed. If I recall correctly this took place in either late 2020 or sometime in 2021. However, this review isn't for the dental specialist surgeon who took my teeth out & yes, he did a fantastic job. This is review is for Maggie Reyes who I believe is the treatment coordinator there. This individual hardly knew me but immediately upon meeting her I felt her genuine vibe to make sure my needs as a patient were met. She was super kind throughout my time there, literally felt like an older sister I never had. She was very professional & made sure I understood every aspect of the process. For example, going into dental surgery/extraction & what to expect, what my post recovery will look like, how to take my meds, etc. Thinking about it now, I believe people like her is what holds a company together. I am not sure if Maggie still works there since I took a while to write this review. What I do know is the following. California Family Dental Center would take a big loss by not having someone like her there to treat patients. Maggie If you're reading this, thank you for both your help & for being who you are. My experience there was very pleasant & that's entirely thanks to you & the way you treated me. Also, during my time at family dental center I noticed you would treat everyone there with the equal amount of respect & care. For the record I only write a review if I believe someone truly deserves it! Take care Maggie.

My three kids and I have been coming to this office since it opened in LA and when they were in Huntington Park for over 12 years now. They always go out of their way to help us out. Maggie Reyes and staff go above and beyond to make all our visits a nice and friendly visit. As a single father of three kids they have always accommodated us as a family with our appointments and visit reminders. All four of us have gotten all our dental work done here, including braces, wisdom teeth extractions, and our check ups. Thank you Dr. Harouni, Dr Mike and all the other Doctors.

Jose the r ray tech was amazing, funny, professional and made me feel comfortable.
