I had a scheduled visit for this office to get a filling and four wisdom teeth out. Long story short, they had to redo my filling since i was still feeling discomfort weeks after and my with wisdom teeth removals, i had 3 turn out ok but 1 they had left pieces of my teeth there which it was bothering me and I basically took them out on my own. I changed dentist and it was a way better experience. I had to open a case with my insurance about the horrible experience with newport dental.

I really like their service. They are nice and helpful, except when it comes to financial anything. My son was recommended a treatment not covered by his insurance which I understand, so I got the fee and was not offered any financial arrangement of any kind. Once my som was in the chair the nurse, not the financial coordinator but the nurse told me about financial arrangements. Why????? This is the second issue I have here. I asked to speak to the manager and was actually the one helping me with the financial arrangement I asked her why was I not offered any financial arrangements two weeks ago. She said maybe they didn’t have the diagnosis then and I told her they did cause I was told about it and was quoted on it but nothing was offered. She then said “oh I dont know” that’s not a statement you’d like to hear from the manager. I felt unwelcomed by the manager this time, big difference from the fist time I spoke to her…

Love coming here, the ladies are always so friendly and welcoming. I went in yesterday for my regular polish cleaning and met a new individual I hadn’t seen before and I’ve been going there for years. Jeanette (I hope I spelled it correctly). She was wonderful, thorough through each and every step and gentle. All the ladies here are great, such an Awesome team overall! 👌🏼🌸✨

I want to give an awesome review to this great staff of dental pros!! My son recently got a new job and orientation, training, etc was looming in the near, near future and he drops the "my wisdom teeth are bothering me" bomb on me...he wouldn't be able to take time off and calling off sick is not an option so I called Newport for an ASAP exam/extraction. Not only did the call center make calls to accommodate us, the operator Crystal checked in on me as I was in hold to update me as far as her progress. Finally, we got a next-day appt at the E 1st street location! From the moment we walked in the door, the staff was kind, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Again, the lady behind the counter kept me in the loop as she was processing insurance and what not. Any delays were by my insurance, but once we had the go ahead, everything went fast and smooth. I recommend this office for its staff, cleanliness, and professionalism by everyone involved, front office, techs, and doctors!! Thanks everyone!

I recently switched to Delta because I was unhappy with my previous dental provider and was given the option to go to Newport Dental. Since day one, their staff is amazing! They are all super friendly and polite, even with all this covid restrictions and craziness going on. You walk in, rinse your mouth, and get seated in a room. The dentist and everyone else are patient and explain everything to you. My last cleaning was with Jeanette, she explained what she was doing before she did it, explained the medication she was using, and every few minutes would check on me and give me a break. I love this place!!

I was very disappointed with my visit with the dentist. I only went for a teeth cleaning, after they took x-rays it was determined that I need a good cleaning before they start I was shown a bill for $900+ dollars, I was not happy and I will not be going back.
