This place was recommended to me by my mom. I checked it out and so far Dr. Lim has removed a wisdom tooth and cleaned my teeth. She was very gentle, I highly recommend seeing her for check ups.

My husband had major teeth & gum disease & ostheisporisis problems, our dentist of many years recommended that he needed to have 7 teeth removed, he referred us to an oral surgeon in Pasadena. Long story short after removing 7 teeth at once, there many complications & a friend referred my husband to Dr. Lim, for a 2nd opinion. Dr. Lim took the time to explain issues on hand & begun to treat the gum disease by adding special antibiotics to the gum which kills the bacteria. Today my husband's gum are healthier, has a partial denture that fits right & comfortable & able to eat. We spent lots of money to removed 7 teeth without treating the gum disease first.

We are so happy that we went for a 2nd opinion with Dr. Lim, if we had not done so, my husband would have lost more teeth & have a serious problems with his osteoporosis.
Dr. Lim was very concerned & has done an excellent job and her fees are not that expensive as I was expecting. She is now our family dentist including our kids & have referred many friends. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Lim, is hands down the best dentist. I've actually been to another dentist within the past year for an emergency visit and I will honestly say I wish I would have been able to see her instead. She explains everything you need and will even show you in your xrays. She's very open and honest which is very rare in the dental field. I should know, I've been in the field for 20 + years and I will always come to her for mine and my familys dental needs. She has a very gentle hand, I am very anxious when it comes to visiting the dentist but she always puts me at ease when I'm in her office. My son could only be seen by a pedodontist because he is also anxious and apprehensive at the dentist. He saw her last week for a filling. Wow, I was amazed at how cooperative he was and she didn't even numb him!! I refer my family ,friends and co workers to her. Lol, I even referred a nurse while visiting the emergency room one day.

I don’t recommend it at the beginning all very nice and pretty. But when she makes a mistake and does a bad job for you, don't expect an apology, much less expect her to fix what she screwed up. she won't help you. she will never be responsible. Be careful because you complain. They will harass you with too much text messages to your phone. Today I had to ask 4 times to please leave me alone. Now I am in a lot of pain and an infection that is running to the ear. Please be very careful when you come here as I told you at the beginning you will believe that you are in good hands and responsible people but it is not like that. please find another place.

I would like to make it clear that I go to the dentist regularly and unfortunately due to covid my office closed so I tirelessly was looking for an office to handle a cleaning for me and specifically find an office that can help my fiancé with care and understanding.
We just signed up for Medicare since our career paths don’t offer insurance and we are on the road 11 months out of the year in a new city every two weeks.
I was due for my cleaning, I was not concern for me but I was also looking over my partner and staying by his side and rubbing his arm, talking him through how important this is health and to prepare for a good start to get the perfect smile he deserves.
THAT IS NOT THE OUTCOME HE RECEIVED AT THIS FACILITY.
My partner gets sick and can’t sleep before the dentist he is completely traumatized and hearing his stories from his past broke my heart and I wanted to do everything possible to make this right.
So we go to Dr Lim and boy he was degraded the worst possible way. Sitting in a chair listening to someone making unprofessional comments about him and opinions on being with my partner. Also, when told his molars will need to come out, there was no explanation as to why, no presentation to alternatives no display of compassion. Just faces and nasty comments and saying things like “it’s useless to try and save anything” without a why. No root canal? Why? Explain? Get him on the same page. Fill me in to. I’m the one that’s been trying to help him get the courage to go in just so they can validate the point of never wanting to go. Because of treatment like this. We did the hard part, go there and find solutions, get answers, get a deep cleaning. But no. Didn’t even open his mouth.

Once we left the office, he was in tears and felt so low for a long time. I called the office the same day. Me still trying to make this work I called the office. Nausea or Natasia? Answered I said, “I understand your waiting room is full if you can please call me before you close today so we can be on the same page and see what happen today” never called me I waited two days and called Friday, I spoke with her again and I was bringing up my concerns and what happen. She was not hearing me out and did not take responsibility for anything!!! Anything!!! Very condescending! When she herself while doing my cleaning told me Dr. Lim can be grumpy and rude. That was not reassuring at all.

I did not get anywhere with her and she did not see anything wrong with the comments and doing something drastic like taking someone’s molars out WITHOUT EXPLAINING TO THE PATIENT WHY. Or alternatives.
They knew how scared he was, they knew he was the priority, they knew it was not an easy case. I expressed my concerns before hand and it was just went out the window because of someone being grumpy and someone was past their hour lunch break.

Please don’t go here. For someone that put in so much time to find the right place, THIS IS NOT IT!

We found a new dentist in La Cañada and told them everything that happen from start to finish and were completely applaud, sick to their stomach and told us that is completely unprofessional. We were the test trial of a new dentist spot for my other five family members. They couldn’t believe it themselves. They were listening to the phone call I had with them on Friday and were speechless. Just don’t go there are better places. Good luck.

Dr Lim is an excellent dentist and a great person. She should be commended for the voluntary work she does.I highly recommend her!

I’ve known Dr. Lim for 5 years and she is one the most dedicated dentists I’ve met.

She has more advanced training than all the dentists I’ve visited before.

I had to pull a tooth at a different previous office, they did not explain the details of the issues that happened without grafting and socket preservation.

She corrected the issue with Grafting - she has advanced education in Perio and the results have made me happy.

After many years of not going to the dentist, I was referred to Dr. Lim thru my wife who came upon her by chance. I have since changed my entire outlook on dentistry because of Dr. Lim and consider her our family dentist for life. She is extremely friendly, open and gentle in her approach.

When I needed her for an emergency, she was there for me and my family. I can't say enough how wonderful she is and what an amazing dentist she is.

Very good experience with Dr.Lim got all my wisdom tooth’s removed and it was a totally amazing experience better than I thought and the assistant Ana was very helpful during the procedure. Very friendly and very professional
