經過朋友介紹，迫不及待的預約嚴醫師今天的門診，兩個小時的療程後，回到家有一種迫不及待想要分享個人經驗的衝動，今天真的是畢生最輕鬆的一次牙科治療，從3D攝影，洗牙，治療諮詢，及兩顆蛀牙填補，都是很奇妙的經驗，徹底消除以往對看牙的焦慮跟恐懼，嚴醫師技術非常的高明，動作輕柔精細，並在每個過程中都會ㄧㄧ的問候病人的感受，補了兩顆蛀牙，一點也不疼痛，連麻藥也沒打，雖然醫生有給我選擇。
值得一提的是過去10年來其他牙醫都給我警告我的夜間磨牙症狀。因為過度的磨牙會造成牙套的損傷並隨時可能會破裂，我總是膽顫驚心的想說何時會到來，今天嚴醫師仔細的檢查牙齦跟牙齒的狀況，他給我的建議是戴上客製化的牙套在睡時戴上以保護牙齒的壽命，這真是很好的方法，我也在診所助理的協助下很快的印了牙模。
之前總是以為牙齒就是自己三餐刷牙，就是對牙齒的保護，原來就是要碰到對的牙醫給予正確的牙齒護理建議。
我常常在Google評論得到很好的建議經過他人的分享，這次是我第一次寫下Google評論真的是想幫助一些害怕看牙醫的人有一個正確的看牙心得，看對好的醫生，得到好的建議便是照顧自己牙齒好的辦法。
