To start off I’ve had a few lackluster experiences with a few dentist offices and boy was I pleasantly surprised to find this office by our new home. Dr Kirandeep and staff were wonderful. They are personable, professional, honest, and willing to work with you whatever the situation. Highly recommend. The team went above and beyond to help me with my smile. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Unprofessional experience! Office Staff uncaring, indifferent and inexperienced. Eating food while talking with the Customer!

I came in for a second visit for a Root Canal. Was requested to come 10 minutes early, which I did. The first visit I was told Root Canal was covered under insurance. In the second visit they added nearly $200.00 for “something” and the insurance wouldn’t cover it. I grudgingly paid. Then I had to “WAIT” another 45 minutes. The technicians had trouble taking X-rays. Not once did I see the doctor that was to perform the work.

All along I had an uneasy feeling about this place. They kept asking me questions about the work performed by Karindeep. I told them if you check the file you would see the updated notes. They declined stating it would take too long.

After 15 minutes in the chair and virtually no further work done I said “I’m done”!. I went to the front desk and met the cold staff and demanded my refund for the up charge and also for the crown I will not be receiving.

This outfit is nothing but a money making machine; up selling for work not needed; up charging for work going to be performed.

I am returning to my previous dentist Dr. Jergensen whose practice is an hour away. I had been going there for 40+ years. They are trusted, reasonable, caring and live and practice by their standards.

These Outfits like Rancho Cordova Smiles and Aspen Dental treat you like cattle and run you through their machine. This is not how you treat “Paying” Customers. The Customers that keep you in business. Especially if you want them to return for future.

I will add that Dental Assistant Jessica and Dr. Karindeep (Pinky) were the only professional and caring individuals there.

And Corporate, you better take note of this review. It’s the paying Customers that keep you in business. You better fix the problems there or that office will not be in business in the future!

The entire staff is caring and understanding. I needed a crown on my first visit and it was taken care of that day. The office staff did a great job explaining the fees and how they would be paid. Dr. Noor was so gentle and knowledgeable. I have some health issues and am unsteady on my feet and Dr. Noor walked me arm in arm to the examination room. In the past, the Novocain takes HOURS to wear off and I am unable to eat dinner. I walked out with a crown and could immediately eat with no pain or numbness. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Noor and the entire staff for your dental needs.

Easy check-in. Albert did a great and efficient job with x-rays and assisting Dr. Kaur. Dr. Kaur was very helpful and did a thorough job explaining my dental needs. Front desk handled all my questions very professionally.

Pinky was so generous and she fixed my fillings and also she recommended my wisdom tooth extraction with nice doctor. Your tooth will be in safe hands when you get a dentist like kirandeep pinky

I needed two teeth removed. I am very nervous with dentists. They made it very easy as they are extremely nice. Dr. Guerro did the procedure. I have no pain the next day. 😁

STAY AWAY. absolute ripoff. National average for routine cleaning is $100-200. They want $400 plus this plus that. Don’t waste your time

To be honest I haven’t been to the dentist for treatment for over 10 years, I’ve had cleanings and treatment plans but it’s all out of reach. I’m not getting any younger and despite the money and fear I need to start getting things done. I met with Dr. Noor for a treatment plan and she was so gentle and non judgmental. Came up with a plan and I just came back for treatment and ran into an unexpected issue. She stopped everything brought in the benefits coordinator (Hayley - who might I add is another non judgmental angel) and we figured out how to make it happen. Every staff member I have encountered is nothing short of professional and caring but my care team, Dr. Noor, Sabrina, and Hayley are what will bring me back to continue my treatment plan.

I really appreciate whenever I come to RC Smiles I know whatever procedure they do from cleaning, xrays, root canals, and more they are using the latest technology which really makes each procedure very efficient. Gone are the days of me dreading to go to the dentist

I was with this dentist office for about 18 months / three 6-month visits. Unfortunately I had an awful experience (hold on for this ride...it's a sad journey). Over those three visits, I had a different dentist every time. I also found out the hard way that in my third visit, they had a dentist work on me that was not covered by my insurance! My insurance rejected the claim due to this dentist not being in my network. I had to work with my insurance to resolve that issue. I had to get a few fillings and a crown...the prices were outrageous. I also discovered that I got charged for a "same day crown" but they gave me a temporary crown I had to live with for a week before they put in the actual crown. Definitely not a same-day crown. After getting the crown put in, I went to pay and noticed the price was higher than what they told me the week before. They informed me that they increased the prices a few days before. I ended up paying $3200 for a crown and a few fillings initially...but when I came back to get my permanent crown in a week later, I apparently owed another $570!! This is what I paid out of pocket. Nearly $4000! To make matters worse, the dentist was flirting with the dental hygienist while he was putting the crown in...I legitimately felt like I was third wheeling. I had never experienced anything like that in a dentist office. Super uncomfortable. Then when they were trying to fit the crown, they went to take a quick x-ray before permanently attaching it, and when they came to pull out those things in my mouth you bite on during the x-ray, they knocked my crown out and it went bouncing across the floor!!! It's been about 10 months since this happened and today one of my fillings just popped out while I was flossing. Great...that expensive filling didn't even last a year. One of my other fillings also has a little piece sticking out that gets caught on floss and pokes my tongue. This experience here was absolutely abysmal. I switched dentists and it was like night and day going from this place to a new dentist (where I have the same dentist every time, no weird insurance issues, prices are more reasonable, etc). I honestly cannot fathom how this place has so many 5 star reviews.
