I have had some bad experiences in the past with dentists. Some so bad that I refused to go to a dentist for years. But I recently broke a front tooth and needed to get it fixed since Christmas is coming up and I was embarrassed about it. While I was at Rancho Cordova Smiles Dentistry, everyone I came in contact with was incredibly kind, compassionate, and accommodating. The facility was immaculately clean and the equipment they use is up to date. Doctor Mokbil was incredibly knowledgeable and careful during the exam.
I was given my options for a crown on my broken front tooth and after a phone call with my wife, we decided on the cheapest option given our insurance didn’t cover it all. The only problem was that the crown wouldn’t be available until after Christmas. But it was something I was willing to deal with. Doctor Mokbil came in and told me he was upgrading me to the top of the line veneer free of charge since it was Christmas. I was having a hard time not getting emotional over this incredibly kind act. And then a short time later, I had my smile back!
I cannot recommend Rancho Cordova Smiles Dentistry enough! This will be my dentist office for LIFE. I will drive from hours away if I have to. If you are considering them as your dentist office, you will not be disappointed. Thank you everyone at Rancho Cordova Smiles Dentistry! You brought my smile back just in time for Christmas!

Dr Noor Hassan and all the staff is amazing. very friendly, considerate and has good people skills. Dr Hassan takes the time to save the tooth if at all possible. I highly recommend this office.

What a super experience at Rancho Cordova Smiles Dentistry! Best dental experience I have had in 20 years. Scheduling, fairly extensive dental work with follow ups have all been a pleasurable experience considering I am not a fan of going to a dentist at all. A great staff at Smiles, especially Dr. T and the Dental Assistants have turned my attitude around as well as getting much delayed (by me) dental work completed. High standards of efficiency, professionalism, sensitivity and patience makes this my go too Dentistry!

Where do you start when your experience has been nothing shy of phenomenal. Dr. Mokbil and his team are outstanding. I have been coming here for a couple years now and finally had the opportunity to do Invisalign and prior to this get my wisdom teeth pulled. Dr. Mokbil and his team have become my go to referral for all my friends and family and I will be a patient here for life. If you are looking for great work at reasonable go above and beyond pricing then this is the place to be. Doctor M even honored the price of my Invisalign even after my insurance changed and the cost went up. Truly grateful! Thanks RCSD!

I came in for a filling a couple days ago, and while Dr. Kaur was drilling my tooth, her drill bit slipped and left a wound in my gum/cheek. I felt the Dr. Was working way too fast and was rushing through the procedure. It felt jittery as if she didn't have steady hands. I didn't realize it while I was in the chair because I was numb, but after the lidocaine wore off my mouth was very sore. I could not eat or brush my teeth the first night. 2 days later my mouth is still very sore, and still can't open it all the way. I went back in for a follow up to let them know what happened, and dr. Kaur just kinda brushed it off saying that it was a tight space and that "the teeth and gums were just on top of each other". Not sure what that means because my teeth are completely straight. At first she tried to say it was the sharp edges of the filling that might have caused it, but the wound is too high and too far back. It still hurts to swallow as if I have a sore throat (but only off to one side). I'm annoyed they didn't at least warn me during the procedure they accidentally hurt me and give a heads up for risk of potential infection. They don't seem to care about their patients enough to slow down during the procedures they perform and then blame their mess up on the patient having a small mouth??? So unprofessional. I will not be returning.

I have been getting my dental work done here for about a year now, 3 visits in all right now. Every visit has been great, the front desk team will work with you on scheduling and payments if needed. Yesterday I went in for a cleaning and Jasmin did an amazing job, she is super friendly, funny, and pleasant to speak with and the cleaning she performed was inpecable! I highly recommend them for any of your dental needs and I hope to have Jasmine again when I return!

My recent experience was amazing. I was nervous and upset but the dental assistant, Jessica had the perfect personality to move me into a calm and pleasant position. Plus she knew what she was doing and worked really well with Dr. Kaur. She could not take a tip so my tip is to request her when making your appointment.

We had a change in our insurance and decided to try this place out. We had a horrible experience, from bad patient scheduling (waiting 2+ hrs for our appointment), to horrible check-up experience. They pressed too hard on my husband's gums to make it bleed, took weeks for the gums to heal later. Overview of required services was over $1500 of work for both my husband and I (with insurance). After this experience, I requested our previous dentistry to cover our yearly services without our normal insurance and paying extra till I can get back on our old insurance. I recommend to avoid this practice.

Hands down to Rancho Cordova Smiles!!! Everyone on the staff is so welcoming and nice everytime I visit. Dr. Mokbil is so thorough and really takes the time to explain my treatment plan. Keshia was very gentle and efficient, my delivery appointment was so seamless. I definitely recommend this office for all your emergency and routine appointment needs.
