This dentist is awesome! Dr. Mokbil is very passionate about his work and provides detailed treatment plan! I came in for their $59 New Patient Special and left a patient for life. I knew I needed dental work which Dr. Mokbil informed me of and Rachel the billing girl helped organize a plan. I never felt anything sales or being up sold as others mentioned below. I honestly don’t know how anyone can dislike the office or its staff. The office manager Steven was very welcoming and seemed to be involved in everything office related. I highly recommend this office for anyone seeking dental work. Brittany and Angelita are the assistants who must have a degree in customer service because they’re really nice Don’t believe the negative reviews as I’m sure people just don’t understand their insurance or something.

I loved the very short wait in the waiting room! They took me back within 10 mins being there .. the very best part was the dentist I just loved how well
She explained everything to me and assured me during my procedure. She gave me great tips on gum and teeth care. She never kept me waiting she came in right way and started the procedure. I saw a total of 4 times in a month and I got the same care from her. I will recommend dr. Amera al-Faleh to everyone I know. She’s the best.

Dr. Mokbil is just amazing! I can’t stress enough how much I appreciate this team. I’m Extremely terrified to visit a dentist office. He has changed that for me and made every visit relaxing and pain free! My family is in the military and we travel all over the US and I must say I never have had such an amazing experience to were I didn’t need to be knocked out and was able to stay calm during a procedure. Initially had great experience in the past. The dentist I saw was great and understanding of my fear of having anything done on my teeth. Had a crown placed last year which broke last week. Went in for walkin/urgent visit but was told they were booked despite the fact that they have a sign outside that says "Emergency and Walkin visits welcome". I even showed the receptionist my missing front tooth and expressed my worries but she didnt show any sympathy at all. Instead, she appeared to be more annoyed based on her facial expression. Went to my old dentist (Dr. Tapang) the same day who immediately saw me and had impressions done for a partial denture.
As a military personnel who needed their dental services prior to going on military mission - definitely a huge disappointment.
I told a few of my friends and military colleagues about the incident and they said they will no longer come to this place as well.

I was a new patient new to the area, was able to make a same day appt. for an exam and cleaning. The dentist is very skilled, I felt no discomfort during the exam or cleaning. The office equipment is state-of-the-art and you can tell how much easier it is to have a very accurate and pleasant exam. I was pleasantly surprised.
