Rude and unethical office, stay away! The office manager is very unprofessional. I went in March to get a crown and they left an open margin. Went in to get it fixed after the dentist didn't place it in correctly. When I went in they x-rayed and had me wait two hours. Then she came in and said I'd still have to wait another hour. When I told her I didn't want to wait I asked her to refund my insurance. Its been 3 weeks and they have not submitted my refund for the horrible job they did. When I called the office manager she hung up on me. She told me she can't provide proof of her submitting the refund. On top of that they re billed my insurance for when I went in to try to get it fixed. I asked her why and she said it was an emergency office visit. Mind you I never saw the dentist and the only reason I went in is because they didn't do it correctly. The new dental office that I go to asked me why they charged me a co pay when I have two dental insurances that cover everything. This office is great at overcharging for the bad dental work they perform.

Only went once and will never go again. I moved from the valley to riverside about a year ago and needed to find a new dental office. Somehow I got conned into paying over $200 out of pocket for just a simple cleaning and x-rays. I was also told that I needed a root canal. I never went back, but instead visited my old dentist in Sherman Oaks. She actually went through my X-ray scans with me and assured me that no root canal was needed. I didn’t even have any cavities! Scam for sure. Be careful.

Being from a Guatemala it was very helpful that Brianna spoke Spanish she made my visit very helpful. She helped me with come up with a payment plan which I could afford.

Riverside Plaza Dentistry is the best dentist office I have ever been to. All the staff is friendly, professional and Dr Kramer is outstanding. I have avoided dentists in the past due to bad dental procedures and constant pain. Went to Plaza Dentisry in 2018, had cerec crowns put on 2 teeth, no pain during or after procedure, cerec crowns done in office in 2 hours, no temporary crowns or waiting 2 weeks for permanent crown. Chipped a tooth in Febuary 2022, was able to get a same day appt, but opted for an appt 2 days later, saw Dr Kramer, had cerec crown completed in 2 hours and on my way. Best dentist office ever.

Very impressed with the quality of services offered at this facility. I have received nothing but utmost care and quality at each of my appointments. Dr. Kramer and his staff truly know what they are doing, not to mention, Miguel, the benefits coordinator who took care of me. Overall, a professional, clean and caring environment. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else! :)

I clearly had a different experience than others reviewing on Google. Staff were friendly and office was clean, so those are the good points. This was my first visit to the office and I had filled out the health paperwork electronically, ahead of time, to expedite a process that I know can be time-consuming for new patients. I got into the office 20 minutes before my appointment time and was getting my x-rays about 10 minutes after my appointment time, which isn't bad; however, by the time the dentist saw me it was 50 minutes past my appointment time and I was offered no explanation. He spent a few minutes with me. By the time the hygienist saw me it was 75 minutes after my appointment time. By the time I left the office, I had been there for exactly two hours. What I haven't mentioned is that this visit was for a routine exam and cleaning. I wasn't having any procedures done, this wasn't an emergency, etc. I have to go back here for some additional work soon so will see if this is a pattern of theirs, but I will definitely be switching dental offices before my next exam.

When i first came in Brianna the receptionist made me feel at home . dentist is not my favorite place to be . General staff was all Smiles for miles. Not looking forward to needles nor drilling but looking forward to seeing staff again

Exceptional experience. Delight service and staff very professional. Doctor makes you feel very comfortable. Office has state of the art equipment and office amazingly clean. If looking for great family dentist this is the place to enroll.
