Dr. Kramer and his staff have renewed my trust in dentistry. I have had unfavorable experiences with dentists in the past, but I can honestly say that my visit to Dr. Kramers office today was the best ever. Let me just say that they are very knowledgeable and professional. Not only that but you feel welcome and important, as they really care about your dental health and what concerns you may have. They don't delay fixing things either. Thank you Dr Kramer and staff for the excellent care! Oh and a shout out to Daniel who is awesome!

My husband and I are over the road truck drivers from GA. While in the state, my husband had excruciating pain and could hardly function let alone drive. I had to do something because we had to get back on the road in a couple of days. I googled emergency dentist and found this location. I reached out and Stephanie answered the call. She was the best. She understood the urgency of our situation scheduled us to come in within the hour. Once there Stephanie continued to be her awesome self in conversation and assisting us through the whole process. We love this office. Extremely nice people (Stephanie, Dr. Jorge Enciso, every person that assisted us), awesome service (issue resolved), and great rates (didn't have to rob Peter to pay Paul). An over all wonderful experience. We also scheduled an appointment for myself when we're back in the state in two weeks. Oh did I mention that this all happened on a Sunday. What a blessing it is to have a dentist office that opens on the weekends. Thank you RIVERSIDE PLAZA DENTISTRY for your service ❤️ 🙏

This was my first visit at Riverside Plaza Dentistry, the experience I had from the time I made my appointment to the time I left after my visit was amazing. Brianna was very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. Her customer service skills are beyond expectations, she made me feel at ease and answered all my questions. Dr. Enciso was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. Kiely was my hygienist, she did an amazing job. Overall my experience at Riverside Plaza Dentistry was great, I'll recommend this location to family and friends.

I started my invisalign treatment here and due to the extremely hard nature to get help over the phone I decided to take my treatment to another office. Riverside Plaza Dentistry made it extremely difficult to do that by going radio silent on me and radio silent on my new orthodontists. Not only that, I found out through my insurance that they continued to charge them way after I left. I can't get a hold of them to get my money back and at this point I've accepted it is gone. If you are considering going here or already go here, stop. There are better offices with better ethics.

I went in for a cracked tooth and have had to have a few visits for a root canal and temporary to a permanent crown. I have had THE most pleasant experience with every single person at this office. Specifically Dr. Enciso and Eunice. I can now say I’ll go to the dentist like I should. (I never liked going to the dentist before). Dr. Enciso is so caring and makes sure you’re content with your final result. Every dental assistant made me feel at ease and cared for. A truly pleasant experience! Thank you a million times!

Dr Kramer is so kind ! He always takes his time to explain anything I may have questions about. I got my veneers done here(top 12 teeth) to give my smile a wider appearance how I always dreamed, and it turned out amazing ! I come every 6 months for my cleanings and all the staff is always super nice. One of my favorite things about riverside plaza dentistry is that they have all the latest technology, the office is modern and clean .
