They need to get experienced billing and claim personnel. I'm stucked with a financed balance that had been paid to them by my insurance, but bank wants to send me to collection because they haven't resolved that issue.

I'm sadden to post one star for this otherwise great dental office. My appointment had to be cancelled today because I wasn't able to sign in electronically. Although I asked for help to two front office staff and one being the manager Olga, I was told the only way to be seen for my appointment was with online registration. I was told there was no form I could fill out and no other way I could be helped.

I am at ease going to the dentist, now after the experience I had at Riverside Plaza Dentistry. I had a bad experience at gentle dental that made me never want to go to the dentist again. Dr Kramer and Blessie made me feel relaxed and safe. Dr Kramer was very patient when numbing my gums and I barely felt a pinch. Their entire process is professional and high Tech. I am a patient for life!
