The best dentist office around. I have been coming here for years and have been treated wonderfully since my first appointment. If it was socially acceptable to tip your dentist and their staff, I would! They always make me feel valued. Everyone at the office is courteous, thorough, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Dr Nazareno and Tyler my dental assistant were the best with what they do and super friendly. They explain step by step the procedures they're doing and are efficient and very gentle. They have a very soft touch and never hurt me in what every procedure they do. Truly recommend them to my friends and family.

I can't say enough great things about Carmel Valley Dentist Office! Ever since I began visiting in the summer of 2020, I have received excellent dental care from each and every member of the staff. As someone who used to dread going in for dental cleanings, I am amazed by just how much my mentality has shifted since becoming a patient here. Dr. Nazareno has consistently treated me with genuine kindness, all while listening patiently to any and all concerns I might have with my dental health. In addition, she takes the time to explain each of her procedures carefully and diligently, which is always reassuring when it comes to dental care. This same level of professionalism can be seen all throughout the staff, from the dental assistants to the receptionists. Moreover, the office is impeccably clean, and the dental instruments utilized here are state-of-the-art. The full scope of the wonderful experiences I've had at this office cannot be encapsulated in one simple review; however, I look forward to continuing my dental treatment here well into the future!

I’ve had the same family dentist for as long as I can remember, the few other times I tried other offices I left regretting taking a chance in anyone else.
After 2 visits with Dr. Nazareno including my most invasive procedure to date, I can’t recommend her and her staff enough. They put your experience and perception first always, and it shows.
Torri was awesome and made the experience great, and everyone else treated me like I would want my grandma to be treated. I definitely won’t be going elsewhere anytime soon.

I had a terrible experience at this office. I was treated so poorly by their seemingly inexperienced hygienist, their very disrespectful oral surgeon, and put through extreme pain while being told I would not need additional numbing agents. They also admitted to putting in an unsecured crown that would likely fall out (and tried to get me to sign a form saying I was pleased with their work). Finally, when I tried to confirm an appointment regarding a wisdom teeth removal appointment I had made in-person months earlier, I was told that they never actually scheduled me and that in fact their surgeon did not even work on the day that they had told me to appear.
Terrible, terrible experience here.

What an amazing experience, from the time you walk in the receptionist is friendly and helpful to the time you leave checking out. Tyler an assistant guided me through x-rays explaining all that he was doing, and later flossed and polished teeth. It was my first vist, Dr. Nazareno asked me questions, welcoming me and let me know all that was taking place. Ashlee the hygienist gave a great cleaning. The Dr. also removed some bonding from my teeth without question. If you are looking for a dentist, this is your place. Customer Service and attention to detail are second to none.
