I will be more then happy to put a 5 star here but this lady Scarlett in the front desk is rude as .... she has no Idea what customer service is. She make me feel like if was asking for food or money! But boy we spend a lot of money here please be nice with costumers And is really sad because the rest of the stuff is amazing Ana is always great trying to help very very patient with everyone cesar is amazing too great for them sory for the lady in front

Beware this place overcharges and is super pushy for services you do not want.This place is not patient centered. I was charged $250 for a cancellation of an appointment I called to reschedule, and left messages. What an outrageous fee for a place you have to wait forever to be seen and when they have called me to reschedule my appointments in the past and I made adjustments!

Horrible experience when Geary office closed. Was told by management that I had zero balance and now have collection agency after me for a payment and I never receive a bill for after 2 years. Call Mission office and just get the run around.

Man oh man oh man..... all I can say is so far so good
AWESOME Customer service.... service to me was very professional.... with or without uniform.... and the DENTIST ... Dang.. forgot his name smh🤦🏽♀️ However... I had a situation about a few weeks Ago, and they’ve been supportive since... the actual Doctor/ Dentist that worked on my mouth was extremely patient made me feel very comfortable was resourceful and cared more of my mouth than I did... walked me step by step on what it was that needed to be done.... during the duration of surgery👀 was very honest considerate and informative on the next moves of a healthy bright smile.... Overall the front desk is the MOST important... ALL are absolutely AWESOME... communication is the key.... and what you BRING to the table is what they will DELIVER( that’s anywhere I believe🤔)the assistant of the Doctor both male / female were so on point and DElivered....
The lady to my understanding that handles the appointments ( lol she’s gonna kill me once discovering I forgot her name) lol but yeah .... Very down to earth .... makes you feel comfortable as them all.... as well as professional 👌🏾
So far so good ... I have a few more visits... but still plan on being a Veteran customer ... verses my past experience
