I have been going to this dentist office since 2019 and unfortunately I cut my ties this year. I used to love this office as the technology they have is amazing and my first dentist was the best. I believe she had left and since then I had seen 2 other dentists and their office dynamic seemed to change! In the last year, every time I had a scheduled dentist appt in the afternoon - it was cancelled or rescheduled with very short notice and even on the same day of my appointment! No courtesy and no consideration of my planning and schedule. It felt as if the dentists didn’t like afternoon appointments, yet they kept letting me schedule them when I had asked! In addition, some of the treatments and procedures they have recommended have always been pushed onto me rather than a discussion of benefits of the treatments. It felt like a pushy sales person pressuring you to spend more money. Again, it was not always like this - they really have changed a lot in the last year or so. I do not recommend at all.

Love the transparency. Staff members are great!! Dr. G checks all the boxes, of being a great dentist. Olga is a wonderful hygienist she answered all my questions, while also giving me pointers. With hygiene up keep at home, you are amazing thank you.

I wish I had read some of the more critical reviews before selecting this office, as I shared the same experience. This office will inflate your bill post procedure. The way the office handled communicating this to me felt shady and their line items on the bill were unclear and they were unable to expand on them further. Would not recommend and be careful even if they are "in network" they will likely perform out of network tests without properly telling you potential financial implications.

0/10 DO NOT GO HERE. This place is a SCAM and they are just trying to take your money.
-Literally walked in for 5 minutes and all they said was I need to see an orthodontist and are now trying to bill me $115 for that visit. (They did ZERO work on me)
-they didn’t process my insurance correctly and tried to bill me more out of pocket than they are supposed to.
-tried to trick me into taking extra exams that are not covered by insurance WITHOUT TELLING ME FIRST.
I tried to give this place a chance because they are close to my office. But if you don’t believe me go read the other 1 star reviews. There’s a pattern.

I had such a great experience at the Dental Suite. I was kindly greeted by their office manager Monica upon entering and instructed to have a seat and wait for a dental assistant. Not too long after a dental assistant by the name of Olga escorted me back to an empty room and told me that Dr. Lebo would be in shortly to help me. I came in for a new round of invisilign trays. I have had a bad smile for most of my life and now I am finally able to get it corrected. I can not wait to finally have that picture perfect smile, and it’s all thanks to everyone at The Dental Suite I will definitely be coming here as long as I can and referring this practice to my friends.

I was accommodated even after I was running behind due to not being able to find parking. I’d recommend taking public transport. Staff is so nice and I they take great care of my teeth. Sweet office you can watch tv and get your teeth cleaned all.

Such a great experience at the dental suite, it was my first time but the staff was so caring. The lady who helped take my x rays was just so nice and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Baig, my dentist there, was super kind and we had a good chat about a bunch of things which made the experience so much more personable. My dentist did the actual cleaning whereas most other dental offices they have another trained person do it. The experience was painless. He gave me some good tips on taking care of oral health.
