What can I say, Dr Ingram and his team are amazing. I had a dental emergency and his office got me in immediately. I was a new patient and not only did they get me in ASAP; but they facilitated getting me to a surgeon the next day and expedited my temporary, so that it could all be done on the same day.
Needless to say, they will be my primary and my families from now on.

I grew up going to this dentist. They have ample outside parking. They are professional where they remind you of your appointments. The waiting area has a cool aquarium with fish to make you feel more comfortable since going to the dentist can be a stressful event. There is a restroom if needed. Hygienists here are friendly. Dr. Ingram lets you know his honest opinion and speaks in a calm tone of voice. The scheduling process has always been easy as the receptionist will ask you what days and times you prefer to accommodate your schedule. Or you can always call them to schedule your appointment in case you don't have or don't know your schedule at the time. Every now and then they do customer appreciation events where they have food, games, and raffles in the parking lot.

01/15/2020 : Update on my previous review -
I have to retract my previous review.
1) I felt the office kept pushing Invisalign anytime they could. Until I had to be stern and say "When I am ready I will reach out".
2) When I went to for my fillings, I checked in the front office to schedule a follow up. While there I was told I had a balance of $46.00. I pulled out a $100 bill and the front office said they didn't have change but I could leave the $100. Once they saw my expression they said "we will just bill you". Fast forward to a few weeks later. I get a call from the front office about a promotion. At that time I mentioned I haven't received my invoice yet, I could stop by that day and to pay my balance. They said "I'm not sure what balance you are talking about, you don't owe anything" I explained I was told I did. However, they said I owed nothing. SO what was that charge for to begin with? to this day I don't know.
3) After my daughters initial check-up she was told to come back for a complementary whitening. My daughter went to her appointment, came home with a swollen upper lip. They had burned her upper lip, the next day it looked like she had gotten punched.
4) My husband went for his appointment, initial check-up, he was told he needed a few fillings and would also get a complementary whitening. There was a push from the office to schedule his appointments in December or else his benefits for that year would not be used. So my husband went to two back to back appointments in December. Whitening first, while there staff was talking about their holiday party they would be having the following day. Fast forward to the next day, My husband got out of work early to go to his appointment for his fillings. He gets there, Dr. Ingram starts, while clearing his fillings, one of the instruments breaks inside my husbands mouth, Dr. says "I knew I should have not used that one" and continues. No apology, nothing. Didn't check on my husband if there was pain, if the sedation worked, if he needed a quick break giving how much his mouth was being stretched and lips dried, nothing. He could hear the Dr. and staff talking about their holiday party they all would be going too rite after.
When my husband came home and told me his experience I was livid. I asked him if he said anything to the Dr. while being there, or afterwords to the office staff he said no. My husband is not confrontational nor does he like to make complains. He said he just wanted to get out of there. He knew they were rushing to leave to their holiday party.
I was very disappointed to know my family had separate bad experiences, when I thought they were good, I referred a lot of people to them. My co-worker went and is now going through a horrible experience. It is hard to find a well rounded organized dental office. I spoke too soon when I left my initial review.

I’ve gone to other dental offices before and none of them compare to the professionalism, warm welcome Complete Dental Care provides.
I moved to this area about 2 years ago. I had been looking for a dental office near my home in order to avoid driving across town. It’s hard to find a good dental office without word of mouth or you knowing someone personally in the profession.
Complete Dental Care amazed me with their great customer service from the moment I walked in the door. To their friendly, warm, professional, and personal approach.
I liked that I was able to fill out all forms online prior to my appointment. Their high tech equipment used to do a good job.
I liked that they took their time to make sure I understood what they were doing, checked if I was in pain during my cleaning, explained in depth the choices I have to move forward after reviewing my x-rays.
Both of my daughters go to Complete Dental Care. And I just convinced my husband to switch over as well.
Definitely a 5 star ⭐️ and would recommend to anyone looking for a good dental office, with great customer service and professionalism.
