I did not have a good experience with Settimi Family Dentistry. The staff (minus the dental hygienist) were not very friendly and the receptionist in particular could be very hard to interact with. I know how hard it is to not appear frazzled, stressed/annoyed when working with the public. However, when you are in a position in which you are working with the public, especially in the medical field, you cannot allow your frustrations to be so apparent. On a positive note Settimi Family Dentistry did help me with my dental problem and did a good job at seeing me on short notice; but I was not just looking for a quick fix but my next permanent dentist. Unfortunately, they were not what I was looking for long term.

Amazing work, superb bedside manner, and great selection of beverages in their waiting room. Gotta have that hot chocolate. The ambiance in the office is really relaxed, everything is clean, and I felt incredibly welcomed. Also, I enjoyed the paintings and soft music. Most importantly, my teeth were in bad shape, four years since my last dentist visit. I was looking bad. I was afraid. My teeth are usually stained from coffee, and God knows what else. I love the bad things. Point being, they look and feel great now. Like, I feel like I can smile. I don't like smiling, I usually feel ugly, but not right now.

Went in to get my 6 month check up and I had to wear my mask inside and answer questions about the virus. They take your temperature so they are following protocol. That was good to know. The people that work there were very nice.
