As a Surgical Assistant that has worked in the Dental field for over 12 years, I had heard that Dr. Brightside and her Staff were amazing. It wasn't until I took my own children into Her office to have their teeth cleaned and examined, that I was able to see first hand how amazing their office is. The Staff was kind and not intimidating in any way. My kids loved how fun they made it and how thorough the Hygienist and Doctor were. Rick was so kind and really made us feel like we had been long time patients. I have never been to an office that gave us a "Welcome" gift. It's the little touches that they go over and beyond to make you feel welcome. I am by far a Huge fan! I have transferred my entire family over to her office and I am excited to be in such great hands with Brightside Dentistry!!!

It is often difficult for me to schedule appointments around my job, but Dr. Brightside was very accommodating and helped me make an appointment that worked. Once there I was greeted by name despite never having been there, and quickly shown back without waiting more than a couple minutes. My appointment happened to run long but there was never any pressure for me to leave and both Dr. Brightside and her assistant were pleasant and caring. My treatment options were broken down in a very detailed and easy to understand manner, and I did not feel pressured to pick. The suggestions also seemed to be truly for my benefit and not necessarily that of the office (recommending treatments that weren't offered by the office).
Overall, I felt very comfortable and will happily be returning for all of my dental needs while I am in the area! I would gladly recommend Dr. Brightside to anyone!

This is an amazing group of people! I am very thankful for Dr. Brightside and her compassion for her clients and their needs. I called to get a quote on how much a dental cleaning would be without insurance ( my appointment for a dental cleaning was scheduled 10 days after I was to lose my dental insurance) I talked with her customer care team and we discussed their dental coverage plans. I was going to save up the money for my next appointment, when I got a call from Dr. Brightside's customer care representative offering to change my dental appointment two weeks earlier so my dental cleaning would be covered under my current insurance plan ( My visit was fully covered and I had no out-of-pocket expenses) . They were able and willing to work with my schedule and take care of my dental cleaning , saving me time and money.

This place is wonderful, no one ever likes going to the dentist but Brightside makes you feel comfortable and takes the time needed to do so. they also have a first time patient check list on what you look for in a dentist office and really pay attention to it. Everything that I checked was brought up. I will definitely continue to go here as long as they are around.

Where do I begin!! Dr. Brightside and her team are some of the most incredible people you will have the pleasure of working with. From the moment you enter, you are met with a very warm and inviting presence. Dr. Brightside genuinely cares about you as a human being and wants to provide the best care possible. She takes the time to really understand your wants and needs and tailor fits a plan of action with your best interest in mind. It is because of her that I am able to get into dental implants and finally be free from the stress and worry of failing teeth.
If you are looking for top notch dentistry and to have a long term dentist to care for you and/or your family, I cannot recommend Dr. Brightside enough! She is definitely my dentist of choice and will be for years and years to come. Give Dr. Brightside a call or drop in. You won't be disappointed.

Dr. Brightside and her staff are always super friendly and pleasant. They make sure you are comfortable during your visit, and have great patient care. Dr Brightside does an incredible job of explaining what she is going to do so you know what to expect. I feel like I can trust that she is going to recommend what is best for me as a patient and not pushing some expensive procedure. Cassie is also awesome, she is so down to earth and really makes you feel comfortable. The entire staff makes going to the dentist a positive experience for me. I have had awful experiences in the past and typically hate going, but not now!
