The staff was helpful and Dr. Brightside was open and knowledgeable. She let me ask questions and explained things to me that no other dentist seemed to have time for. Dr. Brightside is a fantastic dentist and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a change. One of the most impressive things she has done is built a strategy to get my teeth adjusted CORRECTLY. She connected me with an orthodontist and oral surgeon to effectively fix the issue. One of her dental hygienist even came with me to the ortho consult! Talk about incredible customer service.

Dr. Brightside is a lovely person and fabulous dentist! Her knowledge of dentistry is on the cutting edge and she's just so nice on top of it. My two young teen daughters love this practice as well. Her office is gorgeous...you feel like you're at the spa and everyone that works there is warm and welcoming.

I first scheduled with Brightside after experiencing unexpected tooth pain. They got me scheduled for an appointment within the week after calling other offices in Castle Rock who were booked months out. They were also already looking out for me in getting a cleaning scheduled as well. The staff even called me back later that day with their cancellations to see if I wanted to come in sooner which no one ever does and was super heads up on their part. Staff is SUPER friendly and professional. They were so informative in getting my wisdom teeth taken out. This is a great facility.

I havent been to the dentist in almost three years. I have major fears and trauma from past dentist experience. I needed to go in and get a tooth checked out. From the beginning everyone was so kind. Rick was awesome, thoughtful and gentle when it came to my mouth. So was Cassie. She was very friendly and gentle. Dr. Brightside was very helpful, didn’t make me feel dumb and didn’t hurt me like others have. I will be coming back very soon.

One of the best dentist offices I've ever been to. I had a minor tooth "emergency" over the weekend. I called Brightside first thing Monday AM. They saw me a couple hours later, and I walked out with the "emergency" taken care of a couple hours after that. From the initial call setting the appointment, through arrival, and treatment, the entire office made me feel comfortable and made an otherwise unpleasant experience tolerable (I can't bring myself to say I "enjoyed" it because I was sitting in the dental chair after all). I will recommend this office to friends and family.

Our whole family loves this office! Dr. Kylee and Cassie are amazing- knowledgeable, efficient and so, so kind. I was nervous about my 3 year old's first exam but they were fantastic with him. He has seen them twice now and he thinks going to the dentist is the best! I highly recommend Brightside to anyone.

Dr. Brightside has successfully worked on several of my teeth. She was able to save a tooth that 2 other dentists said could not be saved & should be extracted.
