Today I met Rick and Dr. Brightside. They were friendly yet thorough. They pay attention to your input and expectations for what you feel a visit should be. Dr Brightside and her staff are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and they take the extra time to explain and inform you of your options.
The office does not push unnecessary procedures, they're up front with the plan for your visit, and they inform you of potential costs to you and insurance. Most impressively, they focus on little details that demonstrate how much they value you as a patient. I have attended so many offices where you feel like you're a piece of material on an assembly line, just waiting to get processed in and out as quickly as possible. This is NOT the case with Dr Brightside and her team.
I can honestly say that Dr Brightside and Rick have won my trust enough that I came home and told my wife and children that they need to become patients there ASAP before other folks find out about our secret and fill up the schedule. This office is that good!

Today, I had my first appointment with Dr. Brightside and it was a WONDERFUL experience. Dr. Brightside and her staff did a great job at making me feel as comfortable as possible. The office and exam room is beautifully designed with state-of-the-art equipment. I didn't know it was possible to enjoy going to the dentist, but I can't wait to come back :-) Highly recommend!!!

I was a little worried going in because I hadn't been to the dentist in awhile, but Dr. Brightside and her team did a great job putting me at ease and making the dentist experience as painless as possible. Fantastic experience! From the front desk support to the hygienist to the dentist, everyone was super friendly and professional. The space itself has a great feel to it (coffee shop feel upfront, modern new, clean and safe professional feel in the exam/cleaning spaces). My hygienist took the time to really take great care of me and my cleaning was the least painful I’ve ever had - I literally said “wow!” Thank you Brightside, I look forward to my care with you all.

From the time I made the appointment with Rick till the time I left I felt everyone recognized that I was nervous and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I continue to rave about this office! I saw Brittany, the hygienist, for this first time and she did a great job at making me feel comfortable and cleaning my teeth with no bleeding (I tend to have sensitive gums). I also needed to return to have a cavity filled and Dr. Brightside does a great job at getting you numb. Finished my filling appointment with Cassie doing a scan of my teeth for me to revise my Invisalign treatment. The whole team here is just great!

Dr Brightside and her staff are very attentive to their patients. They not only care about your dental health, but other details in your life and can discuss things mentioned in a prior visit. They take their time to explain billing and procedures and will not perform anything without your informed consent. Most people dread going to the dentist, but it is very relaxing experience here.
