I was told to find a new dental office by a new dentist. I tried to schedule a cleaning and was told I would be wasting their time because the “hygienist” didn’t want to do the cleaning. I wasn’t aware the hygienist could supersede the actual dentist. Who went to dental school the hygienist or the doctor?! After going to this dental office for over two years, I walked out feeling humiliated beyond belief.

My son was seen by Nick, dental hygienist, for the first time. He was very thorough and spent the most amount of time we’ve experienced on going over good brushing and flossing techniques. He gave tips I hadn’t heard before and it was really helpful for my son and for me!

When I moved to Colorado Springs in early 2019, I was nervous to leave my old dentist. I had a couple months left with Invisalign and needed some cosmetic work. My former dentist was awesome and we had a plan on how my teeth would look after it was all said and done. To put the fate of my smile in the hands of a dentist I’d never see was risky. But, it turned out that Dr Frederick of Colorado Dental Group did an even better job than my former dentist would have. He listened to what I wanted I love the results. I couldn’t be happier.
Another thing worth mentioning is that their prices are so much more reasonable than my former office. They don’t nickel and dime you. The staff is friendly, all equipment is modern. I’d recommend them to anyone. I can’t thank them enough.

Abby was great, she was running behind due to the prior patient showing up late so she gave me a Starbucks gift card for my wait and was still really thorough with my cleaning. She went back to reclean a few places that she noticed needed extra attention while she was flossing. I could tell she wanted to make sure my cleaning was done well even though she was behind.

EVERYONE in the office is wonderful. I called to ask questions and hung up having an appointment scheduled. Second visit just as great. Third one coming. Super friendly and personal. Is very helpful for all my fears. Highly recommend.

My 7 yr old daughter absolutely loves Colorado Dental Group. She used to be afraid of the dentist until we started going there. Been going about 3 years now. She still gets a little uneasy at times but the staff and especially Dr. Frederick are great at making her comfortable and getting her to laugh. She likes him so much that in between dental appointments she asks when can we see Dr. Frederick again?! Anecia the dental assistant is amazing with kids and super friendly!

I had such a great experience today! My crown fell off over the weekend and although I had managed to get it back on temporarily, I felt very anxious about getting it recemented! I had a cleaning appointment set for 2 days later and then another one for the following day to fix my crown. Dr. White decided she had time during my cleaning to do it and she was SPEEDY! I felt completely cared for and accommodated. Also felt completely safe with all of the Covid-19 safety precautions! I love this dental office! Thank you all for taking care of me!! ❤️❤️❤️

They made sure to tell me what procedures I needed and would work with my schedule. I felt at ease, and that helped because I get really anxious during these things. All my questions were answered clearly to which I could understand. Really nice people work there and are just really pleasant to be around. 10/10 would recommend
