Everyone at Colorado Dental Group is extremely friendly. Maybe it’s a job requirement! They are all wonderful about explaining what the procedure is they will be doing. If they don’t know, they will get the Dr. or assistant to come and explain it to you. You can feel confident about getting your dental work done and getting it done right. They are also very diligent about their safety procedures to keep you and everyone else safe.

If there was a negative number like -1 that is what I would give them. They have never had the same hygienist or dentist on site any time I ever had an appointment which was every 6 months. they have cancelled me twice and my husband 3 times because they never have a dental hygienist available. They do not seem too regretful or accommodating in providing an alternative appointment. They told me my appointment was cancelled for June and they could get me an appointment in October. They did the same thing to me last year to get the June appointment. Well you know what I told them to do with their appointment. Oh and I almost forgot till I read some other reviews. We also got a bill after the fact some time later and they always want to give me estimates on something that is not bothering me now but could be a problem some time in the future. Well it has been 4 years since they have been bugging me about it and I am still not having problems, glad I save my $700 they were trying to get out of me

Staff is incredible! In my dental care experience, their service is unmatched. Abbey was my hygienist, and she was very communicative and offered alternatives in case of discomfort. She was easy and fun to talk to and makes each visit something to look forward to. Chris at the front desk is ray of sunshine. Professional and personable, I can not recommend highly enough!

Hands down the best dental place me and my family have ever been to. Dr. Fredrick is an amazing dentist and works extremely well with our kids. He explains what he is doing to them which makes them feel calm and comfortable. The staff is also amazing. The Dental Techs are patient and caring. The front desk is always kind and courteous and wait time is never long.

Had a dental emergency and called first thing on Saturday morning. The receptionist was friendly and understood the pain I was having and the need for me to get in right away. Colorado dental group made availability for me and I was in their office within 10min. I was still filling out some paperwork when they came and got me into x-ray for the Dr to do an assessment of my situation. Shortly after I was in the dental chair discussing options and treatment with the Doctor. He listened to my concerns and took my professional career into consideration to help with treatment. This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a dentist and will return to continue my treatment options.
I’ve been going back to Colorado Dental Group since the above work was performed. Just had another cleaning today. I return because they have earned my trust with friendly and caring staff. Chris in the front office area is awesome. He worked hard to fit me in with my schedule and my hygienist Casey is great too! I finally found a hygienist I like and trust.

Dr Baek was very knowledgeable and gave me all information and then helped me know how to proceed. Kay, the huge peas made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Front office were all kind and welcoming. This was first visit, I was impressed!

Fantastic first experience at this new dentist’s office. Patricia was wonderful and Dr. Frederick was kind, thorough and informative as well. I will be back! As a new patient I am excited to have found this new dental practice after almost 14 years with my old dentist. They offer self pay for those of us who are self employed and that makes the process so easy! Thank you!
