I have been to some of the most skilled, kind, informative dentists in this nation & Dr, Scott Frederick & his amazing assistant, Nikki, were just outstanding = the Best in every way, professionally, kind & very clear in everything. Colorado Dental Group is one of the beat run groups I have been to & costs are very reasonable for their highly professional service & individual attention in every detail & concern for the individual.
Many thanks Dr. Frederick & Ms. Nikki, you are far above the normal in every way !

I made an appointment for the $59 Exam,x-ray and cleaning. When I scheduled this appointment, I informed them that my insurance would be reinstated on May 1, 2018 and that I would be paying cash for the Special. After my x-rays it was determined that I needed a deep cleaning. I asked her to do the package cleaning as it was a long wait for the insurance to kick-in in May. The hygienist told me that she would not do my cleaning on the package because she said that when they do that, people don't come back for their deep cleanings. So instead, remember I have no insurance for dental currently, she does a work up for 18 office visits for various treatments and deep cleaning. You don't want to know the charge for just the deep cleaning either. I have "0" cavities but they want to replace two fillings because they don't like the materials and then implants for a fractured tooth. This work up totalled over $13,000.00! Did I mention I don't have dental insurance until May people?! They were nice and only charged me $19 for x-rays and exam. And, she gave me a discount "membership" brochure as well. I got to see the dentist for a whopping 5 minutes who appeared dressed for surgery! The micro magnifier glasses and sterile gown and mask This female said I had beautiful straight teeth. I guess the money hungry hygienist runs that office. Not sure but, you could say she was right, I won't be back! Not ever! I wish that there was a zero star option for this review.

The rating of one star (would be zero if possible) is for an "office fail" today. It cost me several hours of personal time and made me feel unvalued as a customer/person. However, I have no knowledge of and cannot review the dentists or assistants at this location.

An employment & insurance change forced me to look for a new dentist. I saw a Groupon for this dental office. It was about a half-hour drive away, but I thought that using the Groupon for the initial exam, x-rays and cleaning would give me a good way to see what this office was like before choosing them as my primary dentist for insurance. I called and was happy to find that I was scheduled for an 11:00 a.m. appointment just a few days later!

The location is convenient and easy to find. I arrived at approx. 10:55 a.m. and checked in with a friendly young lady inside the door. I was given a stack of new patient forms to complete (most of which did not apply to a Groupon situation) and had a seat in the waiting room. The office was very nice; it also looked neat and clean. While completing the forms, I overheard the staff apologizing to another customer for making her wait because they were running behind schedule. I continued through the forms while waiting to be called. I lost track of time until I heard my name being called by another young lady at the second office window. She asked if I was finished with the first page of the new patient forms. I responded that I thought I was finished with all of them, but that some parts didn't apply. She collected my forms and said that they would be able to do the exam but I would have to come back another day for the cleaning. When I gave her a confused look, she explained that it was already 11:16 a.m.. I'm sure I gave her another confused look, so she explained that they wouldn't have time to do it all because I took so long completing the forms. I explained that I was just sitting in the waiting area doing forms and waiting to be called. With what seemed like a very condescending and judgemental voice, she said that I was "told" to show up 15 minutes early to complete the forms. While that policy makes sense, to the best of my knowledge, I was not "told" to arrive early when I made the appointment. The lady then looked at my forms and noticed I had not entered any insurance information (because I had prepaid via Groupon). Almost in disbelief, she asked "So, there is no insurance??" I responded that there was not and took my seat to decide what to do.

After a few moments in shock and replaying the events, I reminded myself that:
I had arrived prior to the appointment time
I had not been "told" to arrive earlier
I was being treated discourteously
I was being dishonestly blamed for holding up their office schedule
I was being told I would have to come back another time for the cleaning
So...
I decided that this was not the right dental office for me, requested my forms back, told the young lady to cancel my appointment, and left!

The office girl should be happy that I got them back on schedule--since that was obviously what mattered most!!

Just another caution... when you sign the new patient contract, you are authorizing the dentist "to perform any and all forms of treatment, medication, and therapy that may be indicated in connection with the dental care of the patient" and agreeing to pay the costs for whatever treatment/services the dentist or assistant performs/deems fit. In some cases, they also ask for a $50 deposit due on/before time of service.

I loved the staff and the dentist was comforting. They did a good job in getting me in and took care of me while I was there. The office is very nice and looks brand new.

It was a good appointment. The dental hygienist [Maygen ?] was great. Dr. Fredrick was polite and courteous. Was concerned about the trust that may have left with Dr. Clarkson. However, at this time I feel that all will be good. We have had bad experiences with dentist in the past. So those experiences have lingered in our minds. Keeping my fingers crossed and only time will tell. Keep up the Good Work...... :-)

I went here years ago when they were a pretty new office because I had won a free cleaning. Everyone seemed really nice and the cleaning went well until the dentist told me I had 4 cavities that would need to be taken care of. I was given a large bill of what it would cost to get it all done and I left feeling sad that I would need to pay so much for 4 small cavities. They pressured me to book an appt to get them fixed quickly but I knew that I couldn’t afford the cost of it all at that time so I made another appointment at my parents family dentist to see how much he would charge and GUESS WHAT.. I NEVER HAD ANY CAVITIES. To this day I still don’t and I’ve been to at least 3 other dentist offices, all who agree I do not have cavities in the teeth I was told by Colorado Dental Group that I had. The thought of how, if I had the money at the time, I would have booked an appt and paid for this dentist to unknowingly drill into 4 perfectly good teeth, that didn’t have cavities, still disturbs me. I recommend anyone going to this office get a second opinion on any treatments this dentist suggests. I’m still upset about this all these years later and I feel it’s important to tell my story in case it can help someone else out in the same situation.

I have recently had several cavities filled and can say Dr. White is an amazing dentist. She makes sure I am comfortable every time and is very thorough with everything she does. She checks on you throughout your procedures and they are not going to make you feel like you are uncomfortable at all. These doctors know I hate needles and never want to see a needle so they accommodate. I will say the only reason why I didn't give them 5 starts is because of their pricing. They can be on the more expensive side. But you get what you pay for.

They are quick, friendly, and will keep you informed the whole process. They will now be my forever dentist. Abby was amazingly helpful. So was the sweet gentleman at the front desk with the great hair.

I have been to Colorado Dental Group 2 times recently. I was greeted upon entering the office and didn't have a long wait. My experience has been professionally and caring. I would recommend this group.
