I dont usually post negative reviews about businesses but ive got a bone to pick with these people. the services the provide are excellent, however, one time they changed my appointment by an entire hour without informing me and then acted like it was my fault. then when i confronted the person who i was told made this change, she blamed someone else, lol. no one knows how to take responsibility. on top of that, i havent seen then in 8 months and i moved to a different state and they tried calling me at 10pm EST to tell me that i owe $500 after 8 months. what is going on here guys. pitter patter, figure it out.

This is the most professional dental office I have ever stepped foot into. All of the staff was friendly and treated me as if I had been a patient there for years. For my first appointment, I had to have 5 of my teeth worked on and I opted for conscious sedation so they could all be completed in one appointment. I have a horrible fear of the dentist so it was great that when I left I didn’t remember the appointment at all and was able to walk out of the office that day. (Of course, I didn’t drive myself home.) Dr. Olson is an incredible dentist who has surrounded himself with only the best staff. Pam assisted Dr. Olson for my appointment and they did a great job working together and making sure I was comfortable the whole time. My wife sat in on the whole procedure, so she was able to observe the way they work and had nothing but good things to say about them. I feel like the picture below is worth more than my review. It shows how well he runs his practice. Dr. Olson runs his practice like an operating room with everything sterile and clean (notice the blue covers on everything). I would highly recommend Dr. Olson to anyone, especially if you have a fear of going to the dentist.

Dr. Olson is such an amazing doctor he truly cares for his patients and very informative. I’ve been a patient for about 10 years. I hadn’t gone for a while but I’m back. The only dentist I trust and want to keep going back to see. The whole staff is also soooo amazing and makes you feel welcomed. I truly feel cared about at this clinic.

Fantastic dental office! All staff is friendly and so considerate. The office is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Dr. Olson is very knowledgeable and thorough. By far the best dental office I’ve been to! You can tell the staff genuinely care about their profession and patients. Highly recommend!

I have severe dental anxiety. At first I was very pleased with my treatment plan. The Dr. Is very thorough. However they all push this SOLEA sleep laser for sleep apnea. I was asked about considering it 8x within 3 visits. HUGE RED FLAG. They definitely push that machine that insurance doesn't even cover SOLEA sleep. I felt like the treatment room made me feel very uncomfortable. That's where they hit ya with the unnecessary costs. I'm huge on customer service and the staff just didn't cut it for me.

I love My Dental Company! Janice at the front desk always goes above and beyond to help get everything you need without having you do a bunch of running around. Then Michelle was the best dental hygienist I've ever seen! She made the experience fun and exciting for my toddler on her first visit! My daughter is actually excited to go back to the dentist! Finally Dr Olsen is so professional and nice, but also does great work! The whole team is excellent and I look forward to the next time!

I have been going to Dr. Olsen for a couple years. Not only have I been extremely happy with my dental care, I am even more thankful that he cares about the whole person not just the teeth. Last September he noticed a lump on my thyroid. He told me I needed to insist on getting an ultrasound, even though I had asked my Dr. about it before. It ended up being thyroid cancer and I was able to get it removed before it spread. I saw him again after the surgery and crazy COVID teaching year and he spent just as much time talking to me about the need to deal with the trauma I had experienced as he did doing my exam. I left with two referrals to other doctors. There is no question he cares about my overall health and well being. My family and I will be forever grateful for his role in this journey.
