If I could give 10 stars I would! I absolutely love this dentist office. The service I received was absolutely incredible. The staff are incredibly welcoming, they make you feel like you've known them forever. After I got my root canal done, Dr. Olson called me personally to make sure I was okay and that took me over the top! I am very pleased and will forever come here! Thank you guys ❤

The amount of turn over in this office caused a lot of hiccups and mess. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They don’t know what they are doing and want to charge patients for things that their insurance covers. (Double dipping much? Not with this patient!) Maybe once they get a solid staff things will change. I won’t be returning and will not recommend them to anyone! This was a first visit and leading up to it was nothing but a mess of confusion. They need to get it together! Don’t waste your time!
Update: Wow! The response from the office should tell you everything you need to know. Not only do they not actually care for new patients, they don’t care about their current ones either. My sister will also not be returning to the office after her experiences with them.
Don’t be fooled by their 5 star reviews that they bribe their patients to give. Do your research and find a different dental office. This place is a joke!
Good luck in your dental office search! Take my advice and forget this place ever existed! They don’t deserve your money!

Just moved to town and read great reviews on MydentalCo and decided to give it a try. As soon as as I arrive office is beautiful and clean. Ms Michelle and Dr Olsen were a delight. Got all questions answered and the whole staff was super friendly. Will definitely recommend to anyone that just moved to the springs

Dr. John and I had an awesome, one-side anthropological conversation (haha); it was nice to have him talking to me throughout the procedure & it kept me calm. The doctors made me so numb that I didn't even believe I had a lip anymore; it was fantastic because I didn't feel a thing! All the staff members are super nice, and I would highly recommend My Dental Company!

My experience as a patient at My Dental Company was excellent. Dr Olson has a magic touch when it comes to numbing; literally painless. He does things by the book and always reach for excellence. Great team: Jordan, the hygienist is a super star. She makes the visit fun and relaxed. John, the Dental assistant with expanded duties, is a superman. No situation is small or big for him. He delivers! The front desk has a warm smile and voice that makes you feel welcome.

The dentist was knowledgeable, straightforward, and caring. Everyone in the office was professional and helpful. They were accommodating and treated me well. I am very happy to have found this excellent office and dentist!
My second visit was for a root canal. Again everyone was professionall and concerned. The dentist worked.efficiently, telling me what he was doing as he worked. In all, my experience was as good as it can get for a root canal, and I have unfortunately had many.
I had an emergency, and they worked me in with little notice...everyone was so wonderful, from Stephanie and Dawn in the front to Joy and (of course) Dr.Olsen in the back. It turned out to be complicated and time consuming, and they worked through lunch to take care of me. They really care about helping! They also are taking great care during the Covid pandemic, and, as a physician, I am very impressed!

Very happy we found My Dental company. I need extensive dental work done due to shoddy dental work I’ve had done in the past by a different dentist, and Dr Olson is great at making sure you aren’t getting unnecessary work done and making you feel comfortable. I’m very appreciative of the fact they offer sedation dentistry. Thanks to the traumatic past experiences at Dentists I tend to have panic attacks just walking through the door. The sedation dentistry offers me the opportunity to have my teeth fixed without the stress of a normal dental appointment.

I have been continually disappointed with this dental clinic. The first couple times I noticed the staff was very disorganized were the two times that they rescheduled my dental appointment. The first time due to the dental hygienist being sick and the second time they rescheduled my appointment due to the dental hygienist moving out of her current home. They are so understaffed that they were unable to reschedule my appointments within a few days or even a week from the original appointment. Instead each appointment was rescheduled a month after the original appointment. Therefore, instead of being seen the recommended six months, I was unable to return for a check up until eight months later. Thirdly, my insurance company only covers x rays every 36 months and My Dental Company insists that you have x rays every 12 months in order to continue your care with them. I was unaware of either of these stipulations and the staff was not transparent in any out of pocket costs that I would have. I was only informed I would have to pay $22 out of pocket for special cleaning I needed done, but later received a bill for $39 for X Rays that I was not even informed I would receive. Lastly, I had scheduled my most recent appointment at 1230, but 30 minutes before my appointment I was sent a reminder that my appointment was actually at 1 pm. My reminder card even stated my appointment was at 1230 when it was handed to me at my previous appointment. They are lucky that I have an understanding boss because I went to my appointment during my work lunch break. Other people may not be so lucky and would be forced to reschedule due to the staffs incompetency. My advice is to double check what your insurance covers and does not, especially X Rays, before you go into an appointment at My Dental Company, because the staff will not be transparent with you on what you will have to pay. Also, double check the time for your appointment after you make it with them, so you can plan accordingly. The only reason I am giving this clinic three stars instead of less is because the staff, aside from being very disorganized, is actually very friendly and the facility is clean.
