I just had a cavity filled as a brand new patient after a filling that was placed in another state by another dentist fell out. They didn’t do a consult and then make me come back later, they took care of it the same day. I’ve had this filling replaced 4 times now and this time was the least painful experience. I’ve needed sometimes up to 4 shots before my tooth could be drilled into without pain, but with this dentist I only needed *one*. The experience was, dare I say, pleasant (as pleasant as it could get!). My doctor was gentle with my teeth and receptive to my opinions regarding methods that have worked the best for me in the past. I’m truly pleased and I will be back for a cleaning. Thank you.

My wife has gone to this office 3 times now and dr. Olsen is a fantastic dentist. He is the first dentist to actually listen and make an effort to make sure she is comfortable. The work he's done has yielded great results in alleviating pain and fixing old poorly done fillings.
However, they really need to do a better job explaining the costs associated with their work. We were given an extensive care plan that outlined a series of appointments and the costs for each one. So we were expecting to pay a certain amount for a root canal. Then in the middle of the procedure after drilling out 2 teeth and my wife on valium and laughing gas with equipment in her mouth the assistant comes in to make her authorize a different procedure without explaining that it would cost significantly more than what was originally outlined on the care plan. So now our insurance is maxed out for the year and the same teeth still need crowns.
Like I said, great dentist, and I'm happy my wife is now pain free, but they need to be more transparent and up front about the costs. A thousand dollars out of pocket was a surprise to say the least.

I've been going to My Dental Company for a little over a year now. It's a bit of a drive from where I live, but I think it's worth it! The staff are all very professional, and kind. They take care to address any concerns you have. The environment is very clean, comfortable, and homey. Would definitely recommend!

Dr. Olsen and Bob my hygienist were awesome. They explained everything thoroughly throughout my service. They also went over my treatment plan with me to make sure all of my concerns would be taken care of. I'll never go anywhere else.
