I've been coming to Smile COS for about 11 or so years now and I have to say they are the BEST!!! I started out with Dr. Miller and eventually started working with Dr. Darquea when Dr. Miller was out. Since working with Dr. Darquea I have gotten veneers put on my upper teeth to correct and improve my smile and I have to say he has done a spectacularly beautiful job! About 5 years ago I even brought my mom to get an exam for her missing teeth while she was visiting from out of state because these guys are so wonderful and like family! Everyone from the office staff, your hygienist and your dentist know what's going on in your life and check in to see how things are going for you. They are professional, kind, and truly care about you as a person and patient! Shelly, Angie, Brandi and Deborah are all wonderful and I consider them extended family at this point! If you're looking for a dentist I highly recommend Smile COS, you won't be sorry!!!

Going to the dentist can cause anxiety and this whole team was just AWESOME. Had my first visit with Smile COS Dentistry. The ladies at the front were very welcoming and friendly. My 2 dental hygienist Sarah and Alexis were also very friendly and personable but most of all gentle. Dr. Darquea came in to the exam room with a big warm and welcoming smile on his face, he showed me everything they found and did not belittled me as I have been form other dental offices. I felt as if all the staff, hygienist and doctors really enjoyed working there and that made me feel as if I was in the right hands.

From making appointments to competing treatment the communication was clear, the Doctors and staff are personable and top notch! And they make crowns onsite so no multiple appointments just to get a crown. Robyn and Dr. Miller were able to get my tooth fixed and crown on in 2 hours and without any pain or fuss! I strongly recommend this dental office. You will not be disappointed!

This dental office has been awesome! The woman at the front desk are so welcoming, The moment you walk in your immediately acknowledged and greeted with smile. They are extremely transparent with you when it comes to cost as well as explaining what’s going on with your teeth. My experience at SmileCOS has been my best dental experience yet!

From the moment I walked in, I truly felt that they cared about me and making me feel comfortable in their practice. Jenn was an amazing hygienist! She was super personable, and explained everything she would be doing for my new patient intake. Highly recommend, especially for anyone who doesn’t jump up and down to go to the dentist!

I went to Smile COS for about a year and a half. For two separate appointments they called me (the week of) to cancel. Both times it was because the hygienist was unavailable. When they were trying to reschedule, the times they had available didn't work for me. They guilt tripped me saying, "I am not protecting the investment in my teeth." They were the ones that called me to cancel! I spent thousands of dollars at this office and my work was supposed to cover it. Turns out, many of the services were voluntary and most weren't covered completely.
If you have plenty of extra time and money, this is a great place to go. Everyone is generally happy and cheerful. I don't have any dental issues I feel I need to commit my life to at the moment so it isn't a good fit for me.

This office is ideally suited for individuals who CAN afford their services not for those of us who have to use state health care. Furthermore I want to warn anyone who decides to go here for a consultation the staff members were very kind. However the doctor upon looking at my daughter's braces determined that she needed a full treatment plan costing over $5,000. We decided to go to another local orthodontist. Who then preceded to look at my daughter's braces and not only determine that she was at the end of her treatment plan but was willing to also cover her retainers and the removal for $1,000. The improved experience that I had at Comfort Dental Orthodontist completely made up for the cold shoulder that I received at Smile COS. I am not planning on returning because I don't feel that this office desires my business nor do I feel that I would be getting the best case scenario as far as a treatment recommendation. I would like to say that the cleaning technician was outstanding and I do appreciate her kindness and her welcoming attitude.
