Probably the most gentle dentist / orthodontist I’ve ever been to. I would definitely recommend going here if you need orthodontics. They have a very friendly staff and ensure you are well informed before making any decisions.

First off, very rarely do I write a review. This dental office is by far the best I've ever been to (because of my dental anxiety I've been to more than most people).
First impressions:
Walking in, receptionists and staff were very welcoming and informative. Location was very clean and up to date. Intake process was quick and easy and pretty typical of most places.
New patient exams:
Of corse you have to fill out paperwork. They went over everything with me so I didn't feel like I was signing at a used car dealership. I understood what was going to happen. X-rays are the WORST for me and half the reason I avoid dentists like the plague. They were very patient with me and eventually got what we needed. I've left other dentists mid x-rays because I felt like I was being talked about behind my back. I know some reading this may think this is just anxiety that leads me to think this, but honestly, my gag reflex is on another level with x-rays so I halfway don't blame staff for talking about it, I just don't want to hear about it.
Treatment plan:
After x-rays were taken I was lead into a separate room where a plan for treatment was covered in depth both financially and physically. They told me exactly what to expect and went into detail with x-rays instead of pointing to a blurry picture expecting me to know what I'm looking at like I'm in med school. For the first time ever at a dentist office, I left with not a single question.
First procedure:
My oral hygiene is not the best. Because I avoid dentists, naturally ive let my hygiene slip. Because of this I need some serious work done. In my first procedure which was today, I came in nervous. Dr.Darquea (hope I'm spelling this right) was awesome. Him along with the dentist helping me out earlier on prepping me for sedation was awesome. The procedure went exactly how I hoped it would have.
Second procedure:
Today I got a couple crowns and fillings. Couldn't be happier. Same as the first treatment. I had a clear understanding of what was going to happen and how. I had no questions and was eager to get my teeth worked on. When I got home I was in no pain and my bottom right side is all fixed.
Overall opinion:
If you have severe anxiety and avoid the dentist like me, stop. It's not worth it and from personal experience, SmileCOS needs more recognition for what they do for their patients. I'll never go anywhere else and I'll never not recommend smile COS. THANK YOU SO MUCH SMILE COS AND ILL BE SEEING YOU SOON TO COMPLETE MY TREATMENT PLAN!

Doctors Miller and Darquea are both amazing, we have now seen both of them and I am perfectly happy with switching between them as scheduling demands. And a special mention for Idalis, who was absolutely brilliant today with my daughter, who was nervous about getting fillings.
Idalis took the time and showed her the different tools, what they did and how they worked. She showed her how the filling material works, which I thought was really cool.
Kudos to the whole team, but especially these three for making a scary thing less scary. 10/10 would recommend.

This is the best dental office that I have ever been to. They are great with what they do and have some of the best bed side manner. I would highly recommend this practice, so schedule your self an appointment and see what you have been missing out on from other practices.

I choose to go to SmileCOS after reading all the reviews online, I was not disappointed! Everyone I came in contact with was extremely kind, helpful, and very thorough. I’m glad I found them and I highly recommend you give them a try!

This was the first dentist I have been to in five years that didn't make me feel stupid, afraid, or powerless. They were very upfront about everything like cost and insurance, and talked me through everything. They are worth your time if you need a dentist.
