Smile COS is an AMAZING dentistry! I would recommend all patience to this place. Everyone is very kind, helpful, and they even teach you about your teeth! My hygienist Sarah was very helpful explaining about my gums. My Dental Assistant Lisa Marie was very sweet and made the x ray process super simple and Dr. Darquea was very nice and very good at his job! Overall, thank you Smile COS for making my transition from a pediatric dentist to an adult dentist super easy and delightful!

From most advanced equipment to heated toilet seats, this is the most impressive dentist office I have ever visited. The atmosphere was very positive and everyone was genuinely friendly. I had a somewhat complex dental surgery done by Dr. Miller, and I found him highly qualified, very patient and with great attention to detail. It was obvious that he takes great pride in his work. His assistant was very competent and masterful, and also very patient. Throughout the whole experience, which lasted about 3 hours, I felt safe and comfortable.
But don’t let me forget about the most genius idea since the beginning of dentistry. There is a TV attached to the ceiling right above the patient’s seat with a vast selection of things to watch on Netflix. The three hours of oral surgery and whatever madness was happening in my mouth went by faster than it normally would.
I highly recommend Smiles COS to anyone in need of dental care.

I would most definitely recommend this office. From the moment I walked in the office, I was treated like I was the only patient there. Very compassionate and thorough. Dr. Darquea explained everything to me. My hygienist cleaned my teeth really good, she took her time and explained my X-rays and how my teeth are doing.Hands down the best dental office in the Springs.

This is by far the most pleasant and helpful Dentistry I've been to. I have much work to do on my teeth and the entire team are all hands on deck with helping me achieve this personal goal of mine. Very family friendly, attentive to Patients, great to work with for scheduling. Family have been coming here since arrival from Korea back in 2014, employees come and have gone but the awesome service, and attentiveness to it patients has been very consistent! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Brandi was so kind and really made me feel at ease. Shannon was so gentle and made great effort to make sure that I was comfortable during the procedure. As someone who has struggled all his life with fear of the dentist, SmileCOS is the only place i have ever felt so comfortable. Dr Miller is amazing. I cant say enough about how much he has helped me with dental work that was very difficult for me. Jenn at the office always makes my cleaning appointments the best they can be amd all the office staff is kind compassionate and amazing. This is THE BEST dentist in the Colorado Springs area.

Had a really good first experience at SmileCOS. Sara was really nice and gave me a good overview of my teeth. Helped me understand my mouth better.
Alexis was really nice as well. She did the photos and checked my mouth but we also went over straightening options for the future. Definitely considering that!
Overall really happy with my experience and I'm glad I have a good dentist out here in Colorado Springs now.
