Best experience I’ve had a dentist office in a LONG time!!

Well it was……and don’t get me wrong everyone was super nice, my only complaint is not everyone has a lot of money and I wasn’t able to afford the treatment recommended to me and had to just have my tooth pulled, well the dentist was less than thrilled with the change I made. When his assistant told him what I wanted to do instead, she asked the dentist if he was good with that and his reply was “it’s whatever as long as she happy”, which doesn’t sound terrible but his demeanor spoke volumes his whole attitude changed. He didn’t offer any other cheaper solutions for me, I had asked about partial dentures, just quickly pulled my tooth and left. Left me feeling embarrassed for not having the means to get a root canal and crown. His assistant was very sweet and understanding though she’s the only reason I didn’t start crying after the dentist left.

I really sad when i do this review. But I feel bad for my dad more than everything else. After searching and read reviews about this clinic. I decided to bring my dad here to get his dentist implant. First u have to pay really expensive for implants, and than he had surgery go through all that painful and wait about 6months to get ready. Yesterday the last day he went to get it done. And of course we are very excited. But it was such when the temporary ugly one that he gave to my dad to wear in last 6 past months be come to permanent. Oh wow …..it’s very uncomfortable to wear it such a temporary time already not talking about wearing that for your whole life. But the doctor said that’s all they can do. Well I know them try the best already. I really appreciate that. But I feel-that implant style in 1960 back to that time. Now 2022 no one to want to wear that like big acrylic including fake teeth to be pretty and very uncomfortable. I just want to let everyone know who planing to come here for implant and you should not. Everything else was good.

They do such a great job and make everything really clear and comfortable through the whole process.
They were also really honest about what I needed and what I didn’t. A previous dentist told me I needed 3 fillings and they said I really only needed 1 as the other 2 weren’t that bad yet. In an industry where I have no way to verify information, it’s really important to me that I can trust they’re being honest.

Dr miller and assistant Alexis were fantastic! Definitely the most comfortable I’ve ever felt in a dentists office! The atmosphere is completely professional and everyone seems happy to be here! 10/10 would get my chompers cleaned again! :)

I was looking for a new dentist and found SmileCOS. They are friendly, fast, and thorough, and offer a reasonable 'in-house dental plan' for those of us without dental insurance. And they have a great introductory deal for first time patients so you can easily check them out without breaking the bank.

I moved here over a year ago and picked this office. Very friendly staff and wonderful Dr's. They listen to you and share suggestions but are not pushy towards what they know needs to be done and if you can do it at that time. Sad that a bubbly Hygienist of mine moved but had my teeth cleaned by a really great woman named Sara. Will keep coming back as long as I live here in Colorado.

Nice office, very friendly and helpful staff, no wait time, efficient processes, latest equipment. Accommodated my need to leave a few minutes early. Amanda was my hygienist. Excellent! Dr. Darkea was very thorough and covered all of my concerns. Like him very much. Outstanding experience for first appointment. Highly recommend these good folks! Thanks to all for your excellent care!

The staff at SmileCOS went above and beyond my expectations! Everyone was so kind, eager to educate and involve you in the process, and helping save money where possible! They make you feel very comfortable from beginning to end of your visit. I would definitely recommend this dental office to anyone in the COS area!

Five star staff but two-three star dentist. Unfortunately, I can’t bring myself to go back because of this because the office was really nice and the rest of the staff was seriously amazing. After my visit though, I realized that the awesome office and staff are compensating for a short, kind of cold dentist that made the end of my visit really uncomfortable. Maybe the other dentist there is better? (I saw the white, male doctor, I cannot recall his name).

The best dental care I have ever experienced in Colorado Springs! Professional, courteous, and friendly staff made me feel like family… would highly recommend to anyone!!! All the people here are very gentle, I always feel like I’m in the best hands.
