I made an appointment for a good friend of mine with an abscess tooth after the second day of hearing him complain about it. Set appointment for 2pm. When he showed up, swollen cheek an all. They tell him sorry, your not on our books and send him away. Now he waits until tommorow morning at a different dentistry, still swollen and in pain. Peroxide and water only keep infection down, over the counter meds don't help. Because of this offices lack of concern he now must suffer longer.
One would think they would have made more of a effort to help someone in obvious pain.
Oh btw, did I mention he was homeless? Not that that made any difference to them at all, did it. Hmmm?

As far as dentistry goes.... great! I have an irrational fear of dentist period. I had a bad experience with a previous comfort dental and I needed a dentist asap for severe pain and infection. So when I came in for the initial appt I was scared outta my mind. Dr. Oliver immediately put my fears to rest. This was the first root canal I've ever had and honestly I hope to never need one again! If you have an irrational fear of dentistry like me, this is the office to go to! I really need a lot of work done and I always am embarrassed by the condition of my teeth, and i absolutely felt no judgment from anyone in this office. I also loved how organized they are. And Dr. Olivers availability was great for my schedule (including the same day appt I needed)! But still, words cannot express how happy I am to know that the root canal procedure is done! Thanks a bunch Comfort Dental in Englewood!

Worst experience in my life. Don't be fooled you have options on medicaid. The so called dentist looked at me for 2 min told me I needed a root canal and it would cost 2700. I went elsewhere got the proper xrays and cleaning. Did need a root canal but went to a nice place in DTC that's only charging me 1290. I'll never return to uncomfort dental 👎👎👎

I changed my review from an 4 star to a 1 because a little while ago, I went around 3 months after having a tooth pulled because my 2nd molar was bothering me, They took an xray and said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my tooth then sent me to a different comfort dental (whom found out that there was an issue just it was eith the back tooth.) I was talked to like I was insignificant and a problem. I have sensitive teeth, so when I get new pain I know somthing is wrong. The dr didnt even look into my mouth to look at the tooth, at all. Also the comfort dental they sent me to had to have a referral, and on the referral that the doctor wrote to them was a snide comment, I left here in tears not only because I was hurting in my mouth up to my temple, but also because they made me feel like I was 10in tall. I will never go here again.

The reception staff seem are actually pretty nice at this location as of late. I love the dentist here also I forget the female dentists name but there's two at this location and they are both really sweet and personable.
