This particular location was absolutely amazing! I am so grateful for Dr. Palmer and Avery! I have never had such a attentive team that cared so much about my teeth. They took their time and explained everything. The Dr. Palmer very gentle and makes the process of anything and everything easy and not stressful. Very knowledgeable and definitely a dentist you want for the long run!

Dr. Palmer and Antoinette are fantastic…. The front desk lady Johanna is horrible and disorganized and won’t disclose proper payment information so you’ll be hit with surprise charges and wrong information regarding insurance coverage and benefits. Probably finding a different dentist after todays visit solely because of Johanna. It’s a shame because Dr. Palmer is awesome. Feel like Johanna is either being deceitful on purpose or is uneducated at her own job. It was discussed multiple times that I wanted to pay for everything up front and to see what insurance covers etc. I ran out of benefits at my last visit and owed from that without anyone telling me upon arrival or even before hand (I would’ve rescheduled) I was also charged too little and had to pay another $100 to correct her mistake and I even asked “so that’s everything now right?” Expect loads of miscellaneous charges that aren’t discussed prior and misinformation. DO NOT GO HERE as long as Johanna is around.

Muy mala experiencia en verdad el Dr. amable pero los asistentes no uno me lastimo no me dejo bien un relleno, tuve que regresar otra vez, además me lo dejaron tan mal y uso tanta fuerza que cuando se empezó. Caer el relleno también mi diente se me quebró un pedazo, fui y me dijeron que ese diente no era como si no supiera que diente quería trabajar, me rellenaron el a unos meses vuelvo a tener el hoyo en mi diente, parece de broma!
