When my husband had uncontrollable pain for a month we drove by and I called and he got in the same day! That afternoon we came in and were welcomed with such smiling faces and friendly people. The staff is extremely helpful and make you feel right at home and safe! Dr. Jarred Smith is and excellent Dentist we will continue to come back for all our dental needs and is highly recommended!!!!

I've been a patient here for 2 or 3 years now. Really like them. I feel very comfortable with Dr. Carsten and the staff, which -- let's face it -- is the only way anyone ever goes back to a dentist for the 2nd visit. I'm always happy to recommend him and them to anyone looking for a dentist.

So the staff was nice and very helpful with my fiancé who needed an emergency root canal during the pandemics. However since she got the root canal about 10 months ago and the crown had fallen out twice, not to mention they never dealt with the original infection that has now flared up to a massive infection, we decided to try alameda dental in Aurora they got us in immediately but informed us because the botched the root canal twice and the original infection is so bad we have to have the tooth pulled out. I would strongly stay away from them at all cost. If you have Medicaid their are better places then comfort dental just call around and see if you are in Aurora, Alameda Dental is a great place to go they work to help improve your teeth, they don’t just do the minimum like comfort dental. Who just wants you to come back month after month so they can fix their mistakes and charge Medicaid more and more. Oh the best part is when we went a last week to deal with this infection and get the tooth taken care of they said our wait would be about 2 months even though this whole issue stemmed from their negligence. Pending the cost to fix their mistake we are looking at legal counsel for the negligence of their doctor.

Doctor Oliver and her entire staff are amazing. I usually hate the dentist, but this whole staff has changed my dental experience. They go out of their way to make me feel comfortable and to work out payment plans, in order to get the best dental results. I’ve honestly been blown away by this entire staff/location!

Dr Oliver and her assistant were absolutely amazing. I am 35 and have not been to the dentist since I’ve been eighteen. Half of my tooth finally broke off and I was forced to get to the dentist. I had so much anxiety today and Dr Oliver and her assistant just cleared everything away. I got some gas and put on some tunes and two and a half hours later her assistant sculpted me an amazing silver tooth and filled two other cavities along with giving me a nice quick polish. Dr Oliver also preformed a cancer screen on earth because I chewed for over a decade. Cancer free and rest assured I can work with everything and it’s not as bad as I thought. 1000000000000% happy and cannot be more grateful to these fine dentists. Thank you.

I keep coming back because the staff if great!

I guess my expectations were set too high with "comfort" in the name; but my kids and I all agree it was anything but comfortable. I had a cut on my lip from the procedure, not sure how that happened. Had cuts inside mine and my daughter's month from the tools used when doing both the x-rays and fillings. Still experiencing pain weeks later. Never seen a place where the dentist doesn't even finish the patient, the hygienist finished my filling. Update: My 5 year old suffered an abscess from the shoddy work this place did on her. Also learned a lot about my daughters overbite and extra tooth with the new dentist, something this place should had surly brought up. I also had fillings done, they left gaps between the filling and my tooth, so now I need crowns (only 4 month later). This place literally made my teeth worse. Going to be reporting them for this since I am not sure now how severe they messed us all up. This place is beyond horrible!

STAY AWAY from comfort dental. They messed up my teeth! I had a root canal and crown done here and they couldn't get it to fit right I went back and forth many times. It isn't all the way sealed I have a open space there and there is a smell and taste that comes out it's disgusting and embarrassing food gets trapped under I can't get it out!!! Plus they made my partial dentures wrong and medicaide couldn't fix it because they didn't want to do a reimbursement!!!! so now they won't cover for a other 7 years!!!! so here I am stuck with no front teeth!!!!!!!! I been to many locations since 2008 Had trouble with ALL But 1 dentist. Don't let them ruin your teeth like they did mine!!! 😡😭💔 They don't deserve a single star.
