The New Nova
I had such extreme pain from a wisdom tooth impacting a broken infected molar that I had to be hospitalized on Friday night. I was able to be seen as soon as Saturday and to my surprise they pulled it the same day. I was so, so releived because the pain was unbearable. They even take medicaid, so I didn't pay out of pocket, thank god. I will say, they go a little fast so if you're very anxious, be aware of that and tell them. The reason It's 4 instead of 5 stars is because I feel the aftercare instructions were inadequate because they didn't say when/if I could brush my teeth, chew, use mouthwash, or tell me what good vs bad healing should be/look like.

Dr. Carlston is quite literally the best dentist I’ve worked with. I’ve been based in customer service most of my career and can be a tough critic. He’s humble, he listens, he gives you choices, tries to let you make decisions for your care, is gentle and compassionate doing the work, and it’s always quality work and care. The staff is a mirror example of the same value and care.

My teeth have NEVER looked so white & shiny after a cleaning. Everyone was very caring, considerate, and made you feel like a human being. They we're short staffed but apologized at least 3 times for the longer wait time. Great experience! Definitely my new go-to dentistry

I was pleased to get in so quickly but that was the catch. I arrived and filled out paperwork. The staff couldn’t even give me a estimate of how long it would be but I already waited 40mins. I explained I was in extreme pain and the receptionist was like sorry. She told me to come back Thursday but I was here for a scheduled appointment today. She didn’t even have any answers. It’s crazy because I need medical care. That’s a providers top priority and that’s not at this office. Pass it up.
