The front desk personnel were respectful and courteous. The dental hygienists who took X-rays, cleaned and placed filling were compassionate and caring. The dentist and the person who was shadowing/training were thorough with scraping away the coffee stains and preparing my front tooth for filling. They were knowledgeable, skillful and clearly communicated that I must be careful not to bite down on hard fruits and vegetables with my front teeth from now on. As stubborn and forgetful as I am (breaking off a previous filling by chewing on a pen for example), I was glad that the dentist was comfortable filling it once again and confident that insurance would authorize the procedure. So overall the Comfort Dental East Colfax Team took excellent care of me for which I am thankful!

I walked in on a Saturday morning in pain from a broken tooth. They actually got me in with no appointment! Did the extraction and sent me on my way.
I am not a good dental patient, it freaks me out. The dr was more concerned that my reactions would cause her to harm herself than she was about easing my anxiety. Other than that not a bad experience . I have had bad experiences at other locations but this was a surprisingly good dental encounter.

At first I thought they were doing great. Quick to get in and my appointment was on time. Then literally 5 minutes and $208 later I was leaving because they were done ‘cleaning’ my teeth. They basically brushed them and then charged my insurance. They also took x-rays and said with confidence they checked my insurance and it wouldn’t cost anything, but I got a bill in the mail for it when the insurance didn’t cover it. Their response was that it happens all the time. If that’s true why didn’t you say something up front? No wonder they got me in and out so fast. They don’t do anything but bill you for services they didn’t provide or shouldn’t have provided. Stay away.

The staff is amazing! Great receptionists and outstanding doctors both during the week and weekends.
I never have any scheduling issues as well.
Although their online scheduling system needs help, you schedule online and never hear back from anyone nor is your appointment ever confirmed.

Updated Jan 2023: I continue to see Dr Natalie and actively recommend her services. Dr Natalie and her staff are quick and not pushy. I've never again had the (minor) complaints I had in my original review. 10am cleaning yesterday with xrays, taken back at 10:15, both of us were out around 10:30
Original review: I had a very positive experience. They were knowledgeable about Denver Health coverage and spent time going over my history with me before I even sat in a dentist's chair. I did spend a decent time waiting between various steps during the actual exam (somewhat standard for dentist offices), and I found the oral x-rays to be more uncomfortable than past experiences. Still, I will return and would recommend.

I’ve been going here for the past 15 years and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. I’ve worked with 5 different dentists from this establishment and they have always been kind and personable. One dentist even offered to contribute to my campaign when I was a candidate for city council!!😀
They’re also inexpensive when compared to their competitors!

I came in as a first time patient with dental trauma from a fall and they saw me and immediately went straight to work. I had spent two days in so much pain and they fixed everything and the process was near painless. Fixed my cracked and chipped teeth, root canal, and built me back a crown all in just a few hours. This is the best dental experience I have ever had!!! Love these guys!
