The Denver Dentists provide excellent care. Cynthia was very patient and accommodating me with scheduling. My hygienist, Paige, makes it a calming experience and explains my dental care in detail! Dr. Burson is great and gives opportunity for questions with thorough answers! His buddy Winston also makes my day! Thanks for the great care!

Staff was so kind and professional. There was a technical difficulty with one of the machines, so I had to come back a couple days later (not a big deal), but they gave me a Starbucks gift card to make up for it. All staff goes above and beyond to give the patient a great experience. Wonderful & bright atmosphere, advanced technology within the clinic, makes going to the dentist very pleasant!

The best dental experiences I’ve ever had. All the staff are personable and considerate. They listen to my input and are willing to be conservative with their treatment in an effort to avoid any unnecessary or invasive work. They gave me the best fillings I’ve ever had, with little-to-no pain or jaw adjustment after the fact. Highly recommend making the Denver Dentists your dental home.

I love The Denver Dentist's entire team! As a normal adult I have always had huge anxiety when visiting the dentist but this place is by far the least anxious I have ever been. They have great distractions, in the form of noise canceling headphones - you can watch a show or listen to music. I am more than thankful for Paige, my hygienist, who keeps me calm and treats me like a friend.

The building was kept clean, the staff were polite. My only complaint is that after my cleaning, which ended at 4:10, I was waiting for the dentist to give me my exam. I was told multiple times he was “talking”, and that it would be a minute. The dentist must’ve been going over his life story because 4:40 rolled around and he was still nowhere to be seen. I decided to leave because it wouldn’t make sense waiting probably 40 minutes or more for someone to come in and give me a 5 minute conversation. I was also never emailed a receipt so I am not sure if I was charged the exam fee, which I was told wasn’t going to be. Overall not the worst experience but I probably won’t be back. If I could give the dentist a score it would be 0/5 but the facility deserves at least a 3.

First off, I have a few reasons I stopped going to the dentist back in late 2020. I felt that he was a little gruff and pushy when it came to certain things and I did not feel comfortable with his demeanor. I then explained to him a few times that the tooth on the right side was bugging me and he poked around for a few seconds and said it looked fine. I came in another time for a different procedure and he was out of town so he had a substitute dentist. I had her check the same tooth (this is months later mind you when the tooth had a chance to decay even more) and she did a few more x-rays and found out that I needed to get what is called a porcelain inlay. $600 out of pocket later (The full procedure was over a grand) My tooth was finally fixed, but I always wonder had he actually listened to me when I first told him about it if the tooth could have been saved without using the porcelain inlay.Moving on, I started getting texts late last year from them stating that I had a balance. At first I thought it was spam because I hadn't heard from them in so long after finding a new dentist who I really like. They said I owed $133 for a balance, which is odd because the last time I was there in 2020 I actually had a positive balance after they explained that I overpaid for something that Delta dental had overestimated. I told him I did not want to pay $133 for something that I had no idea what I was being charged for. Not once did I receive anything in the mail explaining in detail why I have this balance or even which procedure the balance was left over from. A few weeks ago, I received an envelope from a debt collector saying that they sold my debt and I now owe $169 for that same debt which will be gaining interest through this supposed debt collection company that they sold my debt to. Never have I been so disgusted and upset by the way this was handled. I reached out to them by phone and found they do not have a voicemail which is weird, so I tried sending an email to hopefully rectify the situation and no response for weeks now. In the meantime, if they read this and threaten me with legal action like they did the other people who posted one star, we are going to have a problem. If you are considering going to this dentist, be prepared to pay a lot of money and then be ignored.

I recently became a patient at The Denver Dentists and a have to say...this is by far and away the best dental experience i've ever had. The staff is so friendly and professional. They make you feel welcome from the second you walk in the door. Dr. Burson is the man! They really go the extra mile to make sure your dental is experience is a terrific 47/10 would recommend!

Everyone there has been extremely nice throughout my treatment. The front desk staff, hygienists, and Dr. Majors were all amazing.

I had a less than pleasant experience with Dr. Burson which made me very uncomfortable. Otherwise, the rest of the staff was great.

I have never rated a dentist before, but I had to after my visit today. The office is immaculately clean, they use advanced tools and techniques, the staff is patient and friendly, and I loved that I could lay back and watch Netflix while they did their cleaning work. I've been to 3 or 4 dentists and this is my favorite by far. I will be back!

The staff is phenomenal. Everyone was accommodating and friendly. You can tell the staff enjoy what they do. Shout out to the dental hygienist, Paige. Loved her energy and passion. Best cleaning I’ve ever had
