I recently had Dr. Worthington replace a bridge (done by a different dentist) that failed. My experience was fabulous overall. I felt well-cared for and and in very competent hands. She and her care team were not only professional and courteous, but they play animal videos and great music!

I just moved back to Denver and needed a new dentist for me and my wife. I looked on several websites and found that Lowry Main Street Dental was in the only one that fit all of our needs. Dr Worthington and her staff were professional, knowledgeable and caring. She answered all of my questions. I highly recommend her dental practice. I have just called a couple of friends to have them use her.

Always have great quality work done here, and Dr. Worthington is a riot. I legit actually like coming here, how many people can say that about the dentist?

Great care again at Lowry Main Street Dental. Paul, the dental hygienist, was efficient, effective, and painless. Dr. Worthington was thorough in her examination, explaining her observations as she went along, and comfortable in her chair side manner. The appointment was on time and I was in and out in the expected hour. I’ll keep coming back.

Today was my first visit with Dr. Worthington. So far so good. Had a pleasant experience for x-rays and a dental exam after a nightmare of a visit at another practice last week. I will update this review once my second visit for my cleaning is done.

Edited to share my disappointment that happened a while back. They were good at first. After a failed procedure my Dr. said that she would not charge me for the procedure and credit what I have already paid to future work filling cavities as well as wave the charge for the work that day. I remember the doctor telling the front desk this as I was leaving. I then get calls months later about an unpaid bill when my bills were up to date considering the circumstances (they don't let you leave without paying your bill, I paid in full every time I was there before leaving or when arriving). Whoever was at the front desk calling me was unable to understand and did not want to understand what I was telling her. She would not check with the doctor to confirm what I was telling her and instead continued to just repeat herself saying I owe x amount. When I told her what tooth it was that failed and asked if it was for work on that tooth, she would insist it was for other work and not that tooth, but when I looked at the bill it was the tooth in question. She would not budge or look into the issues for me. This seems to stem from someone at the front desk not documenting what the doctor told them in reference to waiving my bill and crediting me. As the person on the phone said she had no notes on my crediting. The Dentist and techs are great, the front desk not so much. This did happen a little while ago but when I saw my 5 star review still up for this place I had to change it to reflect the issues I had here.

Always a pleasant visit at this office - from Maria at the front desk to Dr. Worthington!! Lawrence was my hygienist today and I just loved her!! Such a kindred spirit and so enjoyable!! Thank you again and see you in 6 months!!

Dr. Worthington is so incredibly kind, compassionate and trustworthy. She really cares about her patients and it shows. She's gone above and beyond every time I'm there and I couldn't be happier. The office staff is wonderful as well. Highly recommend!
