My husband and I had to pick a new DDS that was in network, we found The best DDS Dr Roshan Shroff, he was very through, explained everything without rushing, stayed to answer any and all questions we had. His entire office staff was very friendly, from the front desk to the hygienist. We are so grateful to them for getting us in the next day. They have all the modern up to date equipment also. Had a great experience at this office. Dr. Leighton is professional and thorough. Daisy, who did my Xrays, was quick and very gentle. Joanna at the front desk was so nice and accommodating too! Highly recommend.

Doctor Kazemi is the most helpful and professional dentist I've ever had the privilege of being treated by. Not to mention his accommodating office staff and hygienists. I was unclear about my insurance policy but Meghan and Kate made sure I knew exactly what I would be paying for my services. A great experience overall.

Definitely recommend University Hills and Dr. Shroff to anyone who is looking for great Dental care. Back in May I decided to start the process to get my Teeth fixed and I was so worried and had so much anxiety about what to expect and I couldn’t have asked for a better Dentist than Dr. Shroff. He was so thorough and always so patient and answered all my questions. They made this process far easier than I could have ever expected and I’m beyond happy with the results.

I had very bad first dental experience in US. Stay away if possible... They tried to charge me for my wisdom teeth surgery 3x more than i should pay with my insurance. They are pure business not healthcare. I am glad my husband catched that. After contacting my health insurance they tried to fight with my insurance agent that i should pay that price. I found another office and they charged me only 1/3 price of what university hills tried. I am so glad i decided to go with other office!

I previously had seen the same dentist for several years who sadly retired. When looking for a dentist, I went with one close to home. My first visit they Informed me of "cavities" that my family dentist had not mentioned. The pricing for this was outrageous, and had increased sensitivity in the filling that they never fixed after being addressed several times. They have always seemed to be more concerned with getting me down in the books rather than Making sure I am comfortable, and ok with the work to be done. And always want to sign me up for whitening procedures.
When I am there, they always have the persons chart up that was before me. They make inappropriate comments to each other, and always have inside conversations that in no way are work related. Lastly, I typically am taken back into the cubicle for my procedure, and typically will wait a minimum of 30 minutes.... they are always running behind.

Sorely disappointed in the handling of my dental care; front office staff is pleasant enough, but execution of services promised is sorely lacking and actually listening to the patients is unheard of, no pun intended.
Frustrated by them forcing established care with a surgeon who then moves to other offices, all the while insisting you still see that same surgeon - at the other offices, at travel cost to you.
Really disheartened to have to write this review, they were promising and polite in the beginning only to quickly fade in caring. Definitive false promise in my opinion unfortunately.

Well dr shallow shroff you are certainly welcome and very deserving of my honest opinion of you and your staff! In the beginning of our affair and my conquest to be treated with honesty and professionalism only ended in lies untruthfulness and a totally complete scam of a senior citizen taking my money and giving me a set of dentures that I'll never be able to wear. You scammed me out of two thousand and sixty dollars for dentures that are to large and to thick that distort my facial features. I do not recommend this scam artist to no one!!!

WONDERFUL. Absolutely wonderful...
The staff is very friendly and inviting... even to someone absent from the dental world for 5+ years (bad me). As I suspected, there is moderate work required. As a single mom, all I see are $$$. Sherry/Sheri (I know I'm butchering it) helped me see I can have a happy mouth of teeth, with reasonable monthly payments... and was not doomed to the eternal world of sad teeth. Dr. Orlik also surprised me - breaking the mold of all dentists I've seen previously. Engaging, friendly, not just "the doctor" but someone friendly in the room. Pam, the assistant, was also very friendly and efficient.
They took care of my angry tooth... and I left happy. More than happy. The staff there is great... and I would recommend this office to any and everyone (as long as there's still room for me)!
