Dr. Schroff, David, Erica and Taylor are the nicest people! Very caring. When signing in for your appointment, David takes the time to inform you of what procedure(s) will be performed that day. He also states what the cost of the procedure(s) will be.

Dr Shroff is very professional, thorough and competent. Erica, the dental assistant is very helpful. I have been coming here for a few years now.

I went in for a cleaning. Needed a deep cleaning which I did receive and was happy with the results. Needed 4 of my veneers replaced was quoted a price. Went to a family members dentist and wanted to receive my care there. Now it's been a nightmare trying to have the receptionist send my records to the new dentist. My new dentist had asked me to call personallyI did. It's been over a month and they still have not received my records. I made another call today after my appointment with my new dentist asking for them to send my records and requested that it someone made sure it was sent because my new dentist hasn't recieved them. Was told that the receptionist was out at lunch and would do it when he got back. Only to receive a phone call from the receptionist about twenty minutes later. He was extremely rude telling me he had sent them 3 times and was screen shotting pictures of my records every time he sent them so I couldn't say he wasn't doing his job. Only to be told by him he would not send my records that I would have to go in and pick them up. WOW!!! Stellar customer service.👎

I had the same experience, yesterday, that most people are talking about on here. This is the first time that I've been to a dentist, other than my regular, due to the fact that my primary dentist is an hour and a half away. I went in for a consultation regarding my TMJ Disorder. They proceeded to tell me that I had advanced gum disease and needed a crown. Convenient, given that the only two advertisements that I saw in the office were for CAD crowns and the dangers of Periodontal Disease.

Following this weird and skin-crawling experience, in which all the girls used fear-based sales tactics, I called my primary dentist. He told me that when he was fresh out of dental school, he worked for this company. He then went on to say that they are encouraged to diagnose as many people with periodontal disease as possible. He also said that there is no way that I need a crown on the tooth they suggested.

After my appointment, I felt very uncomfortable. They tried their hardest to sell me on both procedures, which would have cost me over $1000 with insurance. My advice is to go to a dentist who is highly rated among your peers, or to a family practice. Companies like these pay insurance companies and review sites for top rated spots. I've learned my lesson and will never take my current dentist for granted again. Good thing I am not loaded, otherwise, I probably would have spent the money for something I don't need. That is how convincing they are.

I would give negative two stars if possible. Terrible experience. They are incapable of billing insurance correctly and is not charging me another 400$ six months after the procedure. They didn’t tell me that the subcontractor was out of network (I had no idea the dentist was a sub contractor) and therefor my insurance did not cover it. Kept calling even though I stated I had a family emergency and needed to call them later. The “office manager” kept arguing about how I needed to pay “immediately” despite it being the first time I had been made aware of the billing issue and having to use the financing plan after the procedure that cost me 1300$. Now they refuse to work with my insurance and refuse to give me an itemized bill. DO NOT use this place !

This place is a scam and fraudulent. I went in for a basic cleaning. They tell me I need 800$ deep cleaning laser gym treatment mouth flush and three enlays for cavities totaling $2,000. I didn’t understand this because I have completed deep clean and laser treatment in July 2017. I went to another dental office for second opinion. They said I only required basic cleaning. No laser treatment or deep clean. That I only have two cavities that need basic filling no enlays. I cannot believe the difference in reports of my status. I do NOT recommend this place or any other modern dentistry office. Look into sage dental they are amazing.

This place is a scam! They'll immediately tell you you need a deep cleaning that costs $800 and then proceed to create other problems that don't exist. I even had a friend that went here and they did filling but messed up and cause her to get an infection in her gum below the tooth. Then they tried to charge her to do a root canal on the same tooth they she already paid for a filling on. No to mention forcing her to pay a specialist for work to the gums because of the infection they caused. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.

Dr. Shroff and friends at UHills Modern Dentistry are a fantastic crew. They’re nice to talk to, easy on the gums, and are upfront about costs. Whole team is spectacular!
