Wynkoop Dentistry

I’ve been going here since 2014, and I plan to continue going here as long as I live in the area. This is, hands down, the best dentist that I’ve ever been to. They have new kinds of technology that make the whole experience more comfortable, they play good music, the staff is incredibly friendly, and they recently relocated to a cool space. All in all, highly recommend.

Although I’m not a huge fan of recently calling Wynkoop Dental my second home, Dr. Erin Cherry makes it 100% better! Very personable, caring, understanding, and makes sure she consults with other dentists in the area to make the best decision for my treatments.

Another great experience. We took our 3 year old son for the first time today too and they were so great with him. I highly recommend Wynkoop Dental - they have been wonderful to our family.

I had a dental emergency with a cracked crown that needed replacement. I was able to see Dr. Stephanie Miller the next day. The staff were very efficient, professional and compassionate. They were able to fabricate in-house a replacement crown and install it on the same day. I plan to continue my routine dental care with Dr. Miller et. al.

I want to warn anyone who is considering a visit to Wynkoop: stay away. I selected Wynkoop because of all the positive reviews I've seen, and acknowledge that I may just have had horrible luck- you can decide if you read this through.

I transferred to Wynkoop Dental after having been with Comfort Dental; I wasn't comfortable with the level of attention I received at Comfort- it wasn't bad but it wasn't great, either. I went in for a cleaning/check up and was informed I had ten cavities; it had only been six months since my last cleaning (at Comfort) where I was told my teeth were fine. Wowza, but okay- the office was clean, everyone was very attentive and the reviews on Yelp and Google were great...so I assumed they knew what they were doing. I decided to get five scheduled and schedule the other five down the road.

I had my first two teeth filled in one appointment and three in the next. The day after I had two teeth filled, my mouth was a bloody mess- there was a huge shard sticking out of one of the teeth, and I had to make an appointment, take time off work and have the dentist chisel it off for me. Then, two of the three teeth I had filled at my second appointment were so painful in the weeks after my appointment that I could not bite down on the left side of my mouth. Despite this pain, I could not be seen for over two weeks, and again had to take time out of my work schedule to have the fillings redone. After that, I obviously stopped going to Wynkoop Dental- I care about my teeth! As if that wasn't enough, they gave me a bill that was twice what the "estimated" bill for the five fillings were, and refused to comp the two fillings they had to redo.

It is about three months since I had the fillings, and one of the teeth (not the three that have been redone) that was filled needs a root canal now- I went to another dentist who informed me that the tooth was drilled too close to the nerve and it is now infected and requires attention.

That's 4/5 teeth that needed to be redone- not a great track record for simple fillings that I may not have needed in the first place.

I would not recommend going to this dentist.

My experience was excellent from the time I booked my appointment until I walked out of the office after my appointment. Friendly, kind, understanding and thorough care from the entire staff. I highly recommend Wynkoop Dentistry.

Everyone at Wynkoop Dentistry dramatically exceeded my expectations!!!! My former dentist left town and I needed urgent action with reference to pain in an upper molar and they got me scheduled the day after my phone inquiry. Most importantly, the procedure went flawless and am so grateful. The wonderful receptionist (who’s name escapes me), Katie, Dr. Lindauer, (sorry if I misspelled)...they all worked together as a highly functioning, synergistic team who provided an extremely professional and engaging environment! They knew and understood how important it is to build client comfort and credibility by fully disclosing relevant information with regards to dental procedures and costs! It was my first visit and I was very impressed with Office’s rich urban design and cleanliness. The location where I was served was on 15th and Wazee. They utilize state of the art technology combined with the highest level of human touch. I can honestly state that the professionals at Wynkoop Dentistry earned my utmost respect and admiration and thus, will be a client for life. I wholeheartedly and most confidently recommend Wynkoop Dentistry without any reservation!!!!
