I used to swear by Parkway dental. I’ve recommended them several times. But things aren’t like they used to be. My appointment today was a complete waste of my time!! Being told by an assistant that everything is fine, when it clearly isn’t, is so aggravating. Apparently she went to dental school, because I never even got to see my dentist. He just took her word for it, and she basically said tough luck, it looks fine to me. 🤬

I started using Parkway Dental when I needed Dentures and wanted implants to keep them solid. They weren't open in Grand Junction yet so I started in Utah and transferred to Junction when they opened here. They do great work at a great price. I even brought my mother here when she was having trouble and her dentist wasn't helping. I can't say enough about them! The Best!

I really dislike going to the dentist. Parkway Dental is changing my mind. Kind and friendly service, affordable, and flexible scheduling, not like most places. Dr. Brain is gentle and fun natured. I highly recommend them!!! 😁

Very friendly dentist, staff not quite as friendly, prices are great. However, wait times to be seen are strangely long.
For my first appointment, the Dentist's staff had really overbooked him. Dr. did a fine job, but the visit took quite a long while for a single filing.
I called in another time and their computer was down so they weren't scheduling any appointments. The receptionist took my name and number so she could call me back when the computer was up. I waited a week, never heard back.
I had had a filling break out of my tooth so when I did call back, they booked me 2 months out. Even more filing broke out, leaving my tooth very compromised & I called in to see if I couldn't get seen earlier. The receptionist was quite excited she could move my appointment up by two weeks... Still two weeks to get seen though. I explained that my tooth was in danger of breaking and she reassured me that she had done all she could do.
I went elsewhere and was seen immediately.
So, I think the dentist is great if you can get past his staffing to see him.

Best dentist EVER!!! I slept through getting 3 cavities filled with nothing!!! Staff super nice and did not feel a thing... will be sending my whole family to see Dr. Hanson and his amazing staff!! Thanks guys!!!

Dentist does no work himself. Dentures, crowns,adjustments even diagnosis is done by 20yr old assistants and they aren't very good. Multiple failed procedures at my expense.
